The girl woke up from some loud fuss coming from the corridor.  Memories of a previous dream immediately surfaced in Riana’s head, which made her feel uncomfortable, but looking out the door, Ri discovered that no one was there.  However, the clock already showed nine o'clock in the morning.  At first she decided that getting at least a little more sleep would be an excellent idea, but suddenly her eyes caught on a piece of paper, where only one sentence was written in her neat handwriting.  "Ritual on Thursday."  Ri wrote this with only one purpose - simply not to forget about him.  At times, memory could fail, but the ritual was very important for the entire church, and therefore for Riana.  She took the phone from the nightstand, almost dropping it on the floor, and easily turned it on with a double press.  The date "Thursday, June 2" was written in small print on the screen.  Riana didn’t hesitate a second to get out of bed and change her clothes.  “Since today is the day of the ritual, it means there will be a lot of things to do,” the dark-haired girl thought and quickly walked to the living room, where some of the ghouls had already gathered.  The ghoul girls sat and cheerfully discussed something.  One got the impression that they didn’t drink anything at all.  But if you look in the opposite direction of the room, everything immediately became clear.  A fiery ghoul lay right on the floor, and next to him, leaning on the wall, sat Swiss and Aether.

"Um... good morning?" Riana greeted loudly, since no one paid attention when she opened the doors.

“Good,” the ghoulettes waved their hand with a smile, “How did you sleep?”

"I’m doing great, and apparently you are too, but what happened to them?" Ri unceremoniously pointed her finger towards the ghouls.

“They didn’t have enough, so yesterday after a walk they quietly gathered here and got drunk again at the end,” answered Cumulus.

"Just so you understand, they fell asleep here. I came first and found them here sleeping in an embrace,” Sunshine added.

“Just try to show them,” Dew muttered threateningly.

“Yes, let them laugh, what are you saying,” Swiss waved him off.

“See for yourself,” Sunshine said, showing a photo on the phone screen in which Swiss and Dewdrop were lying right on the floor, hugging Aether from different sides.

Riana smiled involuntarily, but when she met the eyes of the fiery ghoul, the smile instantly disappeared from her face.

A breathless Mountain rushed into the living room.

“There.. it’s.. Papa is coming,” he said, inhaling convulsively after each word, “If you don’t get up right now and put yourself in order, I’m even scared to imagine what he will do to you.”

The ghouls instantly rose from the floor and, synchronizing, began feverishly smoothing their clothes with their hands.  It didn't work out very well for them, to put it mildly.

“Oh, good morning, Riana, I didn’t even notice you,” as soon as Mountain said this, Papa appeared at the door, carrying some kind of package in his hands.

"Good morning, ghouls, I hope you are ready to conquer the stage today?" he asked encouragingly.

“Well, it depends on who you ask,” Cirrus grinned, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Of course we are ready!" Swiss decided to quickly rectify the situation before the ghouletta took the initiative into its own hands.

“But from now on, in more detail,” Copia turned to Cirrus, not paying any attention to the multi-ghoul.

“I was just joking, we are more ready than ever,” she squeezed out, rolling her eyes and sighing heavily from the pleading looks of the three ghouls.
