"I know where Debut is"

Evermore just looked at me, I couldn't tell what she was thinking but her face was a mixture of hope and disbelief.

"Really?" She asked, her tired eyes lighting up. Today marked a week since Debut had gone and there were mixed emotions throughout the house. No one but Red and Speak Now had seen Fearless since Debut was gone, and it was odd. The house was unusually quiet and peaceful, although the occasional sob could be heard down the hallway. I quite liked it and a part of me couldn't stop cruel thoughts sneaking into my head.

What if she just never came back? Awesome.

We could just leave her with Karma...

It's so much nicer here without her.

Nope that's cruel. Bad

But still...

"Where is she, Rep?"

"Hm? Oh... yeah, that. I can take you there. I don't wanna talk about it but I might be able to show it to you on a map or something later".

Evermore looked at me as though I was fucked in the head and then shrugged. "Alright. Whatever gets us to her I spose, we need a plan... meet me in the kitchen with everyone in 5" she commanded, taking me aback at her sudden leadership. I frowned at Evermore then shot her a quick glare. Nevertheless, I headed back up to Lover's room.

Lover lifted her head as I entered.

"Hey babe, did you tell her?" She smiled.

"Sort of. I didn't tell her anything, but I said I knew where she was".

"Good job, that's still amazing. No one in this house has witnessed what you have, I'm really proud"

"It wasn't a big deal".

"Whatever you say".

Lover kissed my cheek and crawled onto my lap. I looked down blushing, hiding my warm cheeks.

"You're blushing baby" she giggled, hooking a finger under my chin and lifting it to face her.

"No..." I replied, going even redder.

Lover laughed and kissed me happily.

"We actually have to go downstairs, or I'm scared Evermore is going to strangle me" I murmured, widening my eyes for effect.

Debut
"Hey Debs. I need a favour"

I was sitting up against the wall in my little cell picking at my nails from boredom. Karma opened the door and sat down in front of me. I wrinkled my nose and just looked at her.

"Hey! Don't give me that look, we're friends" she said.

"What" I rolled my eyes.

"As I said, I need a favour. So, you're going to use my phone to call whoever is the most gullible at home. Then, you're going to tell them where you are and that I've gone out or something so they can come here, where I'll be waiting" Karma explained. I stared at her blankly, completely aware of what she was planning.

"Oh, and there's a small catch. If you don't, I'll kill you!"

Speak Now
I only realised how late it was when a mosquito flew in front of my face. I shooed it away quickly then looked back into the blue eyes, of Beautiful Eyes.

"And yeah. That's how I accidently hacked into some randoms phone and called their mum" Beautiful Eyes chuckled, running her fingers through her curly blonde hair. I laughed and checked my watch, jumping to my feet when I saw the time.

"Oh my gosh, it's almost 10! I need to get back" I said quickly.

"Oh it is too, I gotta get back to my mum. This has been fun, we should talk again" Beautiful Eyes smiled, a small smirk playing on her lips.

"Yeah... shit" I grimaced.

"What?"

"I really shouldn't be doing this... its fraternising with the enemy... with you being Karma's kid and all... wait-" my hands flew to my mouth with shock and realisation. "You- where's Debut? Oh my god I've been sitting here the whole time completely oblivious! WHERES DEBUT? You have to know-"

Beautiful Eyes placed a hand over my mouth to stop my rambling.

"If you knew that, I'd have to drag you back to the place with me. That's not information I can disclose, sorry Hun"

She lifted her hand off and started to walk deeper into the forest.

"WAIT! BEAUTIFUL EYES-" I shouted desperately.

All I got in reply was, "call me B!" and the girl was gone.

I sighed and mumbled "fuck" under my breathe a few times before heading back to the house.

I pushed the front door open as quietly as possible and tried to tip toe to my room. Someone clearing their throat stopped me in my tracks.

The entirety of the household was seated at the dining table. Folklore and Evermore glaring at me, Rep with her head on Lover's shoulder staring out the window in thought, Midnights looking at a piece of paper with 1989 telling her stuff while Red rubbed Fearless' back and whispered in her ear. The poor girl was trying to keep it together and could barely stop herself from crying into Red's neck.

"Where were you" Evermore glared, I had never seen her angry before, so I was naturally shocked.

"I was- on a walk" I replied, trying to hold my head high. "Why do you care".

"Because we were worried you were gone too. What if you ran into Beautiful Eyes or Karma!" Evermore gestured at Rep and Lover who looked at each other with raised eyebrows then kissed.

"I can look after myself Ev, stop trying to be a parent. What are we doing all doing here?" I quickly changed the subject.

"Rep found out where Debut is most likely being held" Folklore chimed in.

I turned to Reputation "how?"

"Um... doesn't matter" she mumbled.

"What does matter", Folklore continued, "is that we know where she is and have a plan now-".

The girl was cut off by Fearless' phone ringing in her pocket. She scrambled to grab it and read the name.

"No caller ID... do I answer?" She questioned, her teary face starting to dry. A chorus of yeahs gave Fearless her answer.

"Alright everyone shut up!" Red snapped. Fearless answered and put the phone on speaker. The words that came out the phone filled the room with dread and colour leaked from faces.

"FEARLESS! Fear, are you there? It's Debut" the unmistakable heavy accented voice came through the speaker.

"DEBUT? OH MY GOD- I- I CANT..." tears began to stream from Fearless' face once again.

"Look I don't have much time but here's what I know, Karma is going out tomorrow to do something she won't tell me about, I only know because she's been doing it everyday. Around midday. Also, I'm in this weird little abandoned police station? Bout an hour out of town, away from any buildings. And near a small forest. I think? I haven't seen much of it. But you gotta help me Fi, I don't know how much longer I'm going to last here" the girl's voice was weak and quiet. "I have to go, someone's coming".

And with that the call beeped closed and the room sat in silence. Rep was the first to break the silence.

"That's the place. E-exactly how she described it".

Evermore nodded. "Well, looks like our plan has been sped up. Everyone get to bed and lights out. We're leaving early. Absolutely zero fucking, Midnights, 1989, Lover, Reputation this means you girls. We'll plan more tomorrow but for now get some sleep".

AN: Finally had some motivation to get this chapter out! Yay! 3 days till TTPD! Even more yay! I wrote this at midnight so please excuse any mistakes 😭
