— Recap —

"I guess I lied to you, Milianna. I did end up losing my composure after all... And I thought I could handle myself," she laughed humourlessly to herself.
"God I'm pathetic," she shook her head.
Well, tomorrow would be the last day of the games. We might win or we might not. But what remains to be true is that I'll never have to see her ever again. I just have to stay calm and then all of this will be over.

That night, Sorella went to sleep with a new sense of anger and determination.

The final day of the Grand Magic Games had arrived upon them, and Sorella sat at the Sabertooth balcony with Frosch as her guild mates were to make their entrance in the field for the final day. Fireworks exploded in the day sky and the cheering was as loud as ever.
"This is what we have all been waiting for, folks! It has been an exciting experience with incredible magic and emotional moments we won't soon forget! But today, one guild will be crowned number one of Fiore and the winner of the Grand Magic Games!" Chapati was excited as ever. "Ladies and gentlemen it's been an honour to spend time with you and with my fellow commentator, the esteemed Yajima-san!" He added.
"My pleasure."
"And we have a very special guest with us today! You all know him and love him as the official mascot of the Grand Magic Games! The always entertaining Mato!" He introduced the final guest this year.
"Hey ya!" Mato cheered.
"Usually you're in the arena acting as referee, but not today!"
"No sir, that won't be necessary because today is extra special! The final match! Now let's get things started and bring out all the competitors!"

Colourful explosions blasted on the ground and their emblem appeared in the air. "Currently in sixth place and hoping for an upset are the hunting dogs turned tail chasers, Quattro Puppy!"
The Quattro Puppy members were determined to take back their former glory.
"It's true that the drunken hawk Bacchus has been on the losing side this year, but he's still a force to be reckon with!" Yajima added.

"Next up, the guild that exceeds and an intoxicated parfum, with Ichiya Bagolade Kotobuki at the helm, it's Blue Pegasus!" A portion of the arena was covered in sparkles and pink clouds when the Ichiya, the trimen, and Jenny made their appearance, and a spotlight seemingly came out of nowhere too. It seemed as if they replaced the bunny-exceed member with her for the final day, Sorella noticed.
"They're currently down in fifth place but today's their chance to breath in the sweet smell of victory, good luck!" Mato encouraged them.

A large Lamia Scale emblem flashed in bright green, and the crowd was wowed as it shimmered in the sky.
"Here comes out third place team! Lamia Scale! Can Lyon Vastia, the ice wizard who rivals Fairy Tail's Gray Fullbuster bring the heat in today's battle? Or will his team just get frozen in their tracks?" Chapati questioned.
"He doesn't have to do it alone, don't forget the cute little god slayer Chelia, and the Wizard Saint Jura Neekis! They're insanely powerful as well!" Mato reminded everyone.
"I agree, that team could claim the title today," Yajima added.

"Lamia Scale isn't the only team in third place! They're in good company with Mermaid Heel!" Suddenly a large pillar of water emerged from the ground, only to disperse and summon the pink mermaid heel emblem floating in the sky as it rained gently.
"They're beautiful ladies, but don't be fooled by their sweet looks. They're definitely not delicate little flowers!" Yajima stated.
"To meet the calm exterior of their leader, Kagura Mikazuchi burns a fire of intensity!" Mato proclaimed.

"Now let's hear it for our second place team!" Sabertooth's black logos popped up on each of the lacrimatrons in front of a purple background and the crowd practically caused a mini earthquake with their cheering.
You've got this, for Lector's sake.
Sorella was sat on the edge of the balcony besides Frosch, and the little green exceed next to her was practically emotionless.
She was worried for him, so she wanted to make sure Frosch had company.
"It'll be okay, Frosch. Lector will come back," she reassured Frosch with a pat on his head and Frosch pouted.
"Fro... Fro thinks so too..." Frosch sighed sadly.
