Chapter 10- Delivery 🚨🍼

Charlie rushes home to get the baby  bag first then quickly jumps back in the car to go to the hospital. Charlie who looks more worried then Babe starts to break into sweat, "Charlie." Babe softly calls as he put a hand  Charlies cheek. "Baby. Why aren't you panicking? Aren't you in pain?!?" Charlie stresses as he looks at Babe for a second. "Yes but we both can't be stressing." Babe answers, "This makes Charlie calmer" as he catches his breath. "Phi Babe we are here" Charlie quickly gets out of the car and runs around to open Babes door and helps him up. "Ouch." Babe whispers quietly not wanting to alarm Charlie, "The doctors and nurses rush to him and get babe in a wheelchair to go to the delivery ward. In the room the Nurses are checking the babies vitals and getting Babe prepared, " There still is a little bit left to go till you can actually push. So we will be back later, press the button if you need help" Babe nods as the Nurse and Doctor leave.
Charlie who looks like a mess starts pacing up and down the room, "Babe. I'm scared" Charlie whimpers like a puppy as he goes to Babes side. "I told you Charlie everything will be fi-ahhh"Babe squints his eyes as another contraction comes. "Babeee!" Charlie cries feeling helpless in this situation, "Shhh. It's fine" Babe whispers. Charlie wipes his eyes and sits on the bed besides Babe...

1 hour later,

"Babe, congratulations it's time now." The doctor states looking at the babies heart beats on the screen. "Really?" Babe nods as he squeezes Charlies hand tighter his brave-ness starts to slip away. "Next contraction I want you to push okay." , "Okay"Babe responds looking at his boyfriend. After a few minutes another contraction comes about..
"Ready?" The nurse asks, Babe nods. 3..2..1-ahhhhh!Babe screams as the pain starts to become unbearable, and this continues for a few minutes. "I can't do this" Babe cries leaning his leaning his back. "You can Baby." Charlie tries encouraging him, Ahh! Babe cries as he starts to loose his strength.
Finally after 6 hours, Babe brings two healthy babies into the world...
Waaa waaa, the babies cry Charlie looks at them as they are being taken to get cleaned up. "Baby you did it!" Charlie looks back at Babe who has passed out. The nurses rush to Babe as he starts to loose blood, "Is he okay?" Charlie asks worriedly "He is fine he probably just passed out from exhaustion." The nurse reassures  him. Charlie then looks down at his hand that are sweaty full of marks and brusies from being held highly, Charlie then looks up at the newborn babies that the Nurse brings to his arms. " They are so small." Charlie whispers before holding them. Charlie starts to cry in happiness making sure not to be loud as he doesn't what to wake them up.

After 3 hours...
Charlie has Ayden in the portable crib sleeping, then is cradling Amara as she was crying for a while. "She looks like Babe." Charlie thinks to himself smiling. The nurse comes in to check if Babe is awake because the twins both have to eat and have skin to skin with their mother. The nurse tell Charlie this and asks him to do this when Babe wakes up...
Soon enough Babe wakes up, he opens his eyes as he sees himself in the hospital room with needles and tubes attached to his arms. Babe slowly sits up looking around seeing Charlie in the corner of the room. "Charlie" Babes says faintly but is still heard, "Babe"Charlie whispers walking up to Babe with Amara in his hands. "You did it." Charlie says showing Babe the babies, Babes eyes swell with tears as he looks at the twins. Charlie hands Amara to Babe who immediately wakes up and looks at Babe with big black eyes then starts to whine. Charlie picks up Ayden before saying, The nurse said they need to touch your chest and are hungry so you need to feed them. Babes nods then unties his hospital gowns top piece then carefully places the small child on his chest. She quick latches onto Babes chest and starts to drink, Babe places a soft kiss on the top of her head. Babe giggles when he sees that she fell asleep straight after eating, Babe just kept her on his chest as she continued to sleep. "Ayden still sleeping so when he wakes up he will need to drink." Charlie mentions putting him back into his crib. Babe nods as he gently taps Amaras back. Charlie kisses both Babe and Amara then goes and lays down on the couch falling asleep instantly.

At night Charlie is still sleep while Babe is cradling Ayden in his arms putting him to sleep while Amara is already dosed off. Ayden opens his eyes as he was about to cry Babe got up and walked around with him for a bit then he went to sleep also after that...
Babes puts him in his crib as he sleeps then goes up to Charlie who is also sleeping like a baby, and kisses his hand noticing the brusies all over. Babe can't bend down that much as he still need to recover so he goes back to his hospital bed and falls asleep soon after.

In the morning
Babe wakes up greeted to two crying children, He rubs his eyes as he goes to pick them both up and calm them down before doing anything else. After Babe changes both of them and feeds them he lays them down again and takes photos of them and sends them to his family and friends. "Mamaaaa"Charlie calls Babe as he gets up, "sorry for being such a pain yesterday." babe say looking at Charlie. "You are no pain." Charlie smiles cradling Babes face in his hand.
Charlie picks Amara up and starts walking around the room with her because she has woken up. Meanwhile Babe sits up on his bed with Ayden on his chest as he looks at his phone with getting messages like crazy. Ofc Jeff was the first to message, "AHHH TOO CUTE I CAN'T" . The Doctor comes in discharging the couple as they can go home now. So Babe packs up the things while Charlie carries the twins in one carrier each waiting for Babe.
They go to the car and buckle the Babies into the car for the first time and drive home to welcome new family members to the family.
