Chapter 6-The nursery

A 3 weeks after the race...

"Charlieeeee"Babe yells from the front door holding a heavy box. Charlie runs downstairs to see what's wrong, "Baby, u can't carry that." Charlie then takes the big box from Babes hands. Charlie puts the box in the empty room then goes to get stuff to open it, Babe can't maintain his excitement and just pulls the tape off the box. When Charlie comes back is is shocked to find the box already opened, He sits down next to Babe and starts to pull out pieces of a cribs, change table and closet. "Wow this is big." Charlie states scratching his head in confusion looking at the manual. "It's fine we will work it out." Babe responds kissing Charlies forehead then handing him another piece of the crib.
After 3 hours...

Charlie stands up and looks at the room in achievement.
Charlie: We did it!
Babe: Yeah. There is still a few things we still need to get.
Charlie : Like what?
Babe looks at him blankly,
Babe: Seriously Charlie. This isn't even half the stuff.
Charlie : Really?.
Babe sighs then takes Charlies hand.

Babe goes to the car and drives with Charlie in the passenger seat. "Where are we going Babe?" Charlie questions, " To the Baby shop." Babe responds looking at Charlie waiting for a reaction, because ever since they found out Babe was pregnant Charlie has been begging Babe to go to the shops to get cute baby things. "Really!" Charlie replies in excitement. Babe nods before parking the car. "Well we need to get it some time. There is only a couple months left." Babe adds before getting out of the car. Charlie runs inside already looking at all the cute things. "Charlie! Wait." Babe just follows whispers to himself. "The joys of having a young boyfriend." then sighs as he runs after Charlie.

"Babe look." Charlie comes running from no where, "Isn't it cute!" Charlie jumps around looking at all the clothes and other necessary things Babe has put in the basket. "What's this?" Charlie pulls out a breastfeeding pump, "Charliee." Babe grabs it from Charlies hand and puts it back into the basket then answering... "What are the babies gonna drink?" Charlie then looks at the device again, "Ohhhh..." then continue looking at the shop. "Oh yeah we need to get car seats." Babe adds before walking to the car seats section. Charlie follows behind him looking at all the different types, "What about these ones?" Charlie recommends looking at two grey car seats. "Mmm." Babe looks before shaking his head. "Why? They look safe and the babies will be protected." Charlie adds, "Look." Babe turns the seat around showing the cushions inside the seat. "They are too high. They will hurt their necks." Babe answers before walking off. "Your right. Mamaa.." Charlie teases Babe. Babe blushes then looks at other seats, "Look what about these." Babe shows Charlie. " They also look cute." They also look cute, noticing the bear design on the seats. Charlie nods then goes to get a trolley because they come in big boxes, "Is that it?" Babe asks. "I think so. Well for now at least.." Charlie says walking to the front to check out. "Next." The lady at the checkout yells, "Hello" The lady greets with a smile. "Hello." Babe replies. "First Child?" The lady asks looking at the two, Charlie nods... They pay, "Well congratulations." The ok lady waves as they walk out and go to the car.

At home...

Babe unpack the things putting them into the new wardrobe and under the change table. As Babe folds the clothes he hold one up and smiles to himself "so cute."He thinks to himself. After he unpacks he goes downstairs to see Jeff and Alan there. "Hey guys." They look at Babe as he walks downstairs. " Sorry Charlie has his headphones on programing in the other room." Babe apologizes for not coming down earlier. "It's fine." Jeff reassures Babe. We just came to give you guys this,
Jeff hand Babe a gift basket with things for the babies and himself. " Thank you guys. It's amazing" Babe looks at the basket before hugging them both. " Do you guys want anything, tea coffee?" Babe offers as they walk to the living room. "I'll have tea please." Jeff responds, " I'm fine thank you Babe." Alan adds. Babe goes to the kitchen to make it then goes to the other room, "Charlie your brother is here. As well as Alan." Charlie closes his laptop before going into the other room to greet them. " Hello brother!" Charlie runs up to them then hugging them. Babe gives Jeff the tea before sitting down with the other. "So anything new happen?" Jeff asks curious. "No not really we did set up the nursery though." Babe answers, "Ooo I want to see." Alan gets up. Charlie and Babe take the two into the nursery, "Omg it's so cute!" Jeff squeels looking at the cribs. Babe laughs, Charlie opens the wardrobe showing Jeff the matching clothes set they got for the twins. "Why is baby things soooo cute." Jeff asks looking at the clothes clapping his hands. "Jeff you have never been this happy?" Alan asks, "Babies and Baby things are my soft spot." Jeff answers. "So then when are you gonna have kids?" Babe teases Alan for a reaction. " Hey, Babe!" Alan goes red. "Later.." Alan responds wrapping his arm around Jeff. Jeff pouts now wanting children of his own even more...
Alan gets a call...
Alan: Hello.
Way: Did you hear?
Alan: What?
Way: North got into a car accident.
Alan: Excuse me? Is he okay?!
Way: I don't know im meeting Sonic at the hospital. It was planned
Alan: What?
Way: The accident was planned, by Tony's people.
Alan : You got to be kidding me.
Way: No there is footage
Alan: Okay I'm coming Babe and Charlie are with me too.
Way : Okay text me when ur here.
Alan: Mhmm bye.
Alan hangs up the call.
The others look at him waiting for an answer. North got into a car accident, it was planned by the people who work for Tony. "Is he okay?" Babe asks worrying. " I'm not sure but we need to go to the hospital. Way is meeting us there." Everyone nods as they go to leave.
