Chapter 10 - The Price of Gold: Part 3

They were driving and saw Ruby's car wreck. They got out of the car and Ashley wasn't hurt and saw a woman in red hair.

"Who are you?" Emma asked the redhead.

"I'm Rose Red."

Hope, Henry and Emma exchange looks. Snow White's Sister?

"You're Emma Swan and Hope Potter, right?"

"Yes...?"

"Ruby told me about you two, especially that boy." she gestured at Henry and turned to Ashley.

"Ashley?"

"Rose, I'm so sorry I didn't say goodbye to you." Ashley said.

"It's alright."

She suddenly screamed "My baby, it's coming!"

They went inside Emma's car and drove Ashley to the hospital.

Hope turned to Ashley "Don't worry. The hospital isn't that far."

Ashley sobbed "I can't go back in there, please. He's going to take my baby."

"I won't let that happen. But do you know what you're asking for? If you keep this child, are you ready?" Emma asked.

"Yeah." Ashley answered.

"Are you sure? Because I wasn't."

"You weren't?" Ashley asked.

"Nope. If you want to give this kid a chance, it's gonna be someone who's ready, so know what that means? Your whole life is gonna change and once you decide that it's yours. This running away can't happen, you have to grow up, and you can't leave. Understand?" Emma asked.

"Yes. I want my baby." Ashley answered.

They arrived at the hospital.

Ashley finished giving birth to a girl and named her Alexandra.

Later, the four of them came in "What's her name?"

"Alexandra." she answered.

"That's a pretty name."

"Thank you guys for getting me here."

"You're welcome." said Emma "Mr. Gold was outside. I took care of it. She's yours."

Ashley was shocked by that "He is? What did you do?"

"I made a deal with him."

Ashley thanked Emma and Emma turned to Henry.

"Oh, hey kid. It's almost five o' clock. You have to go home." Emma turned to Hope "Do you need a ride home, Hope."
