Mary Margaret sits on her bed in her cell, her eyes watched as Emma, Gold and Rose Red arguing.

Hope is standing in the other side of the room.

"A pre - trial interview with prosecution? Explain to me how is that a great idea?!" Rose Red exclaimed to Gold uncertain of the interview and worries that something will happen to her sister.

"The D.A. merely wants to ask her a few questions. We don't have any proof of Regina after Mary Margaret, Emma. Just because we found the skeleton key in her cell doesn't mean we can prove that she put it there." Gold explained calmly.

"So what's your plan?" Hope asked Gold, crossing her arms.

"I believe our best chance of winning the case is our most valuable asset." Gold turned to Mary Margaret "Well, that's you dear. A sweet, kind, elementary school teacher doesn't fit the prototype of a serial killer, doesn't it?"

Hope walked towards Gold, her green eyes looking into his blue ones "So that's how you're going to get her acquitted? By using her personality?"

"Perception is everything, Ms. Potter. Not just in courtroom but in life. As such, I'm sure you can imagine how the jury would perceive if she agrees to cooperate with the district attorney? These things engender trusts. It shows the jury that she is at least trying-" Gold was cut off by another voice coming.

"Emma?" Sidney's voice rang through the hallway, heads snapped towards him and Sidney saw that he wasn't alone in the room, the people are looking at him "Oh, I'm sorry to interrupt. I just came by  to drop these off. I thought it will brighten the place." Sidney put the flower at the desk as he and Emma went to her office to have a conversation while Hope, Rose Red, Gold and Mary Margaret went back to their own conversation.

"I'm going to do it. I'm going to talk to the D.A." said Mary Margaret to Emma as Sidney left shortly after "Mr. Gold is right. I have nothing to hide. No one else does. I need to let people see who I am."

"Excellent decision Ms. Blanchard. I'm Spencer, I'm the district attorney. Shall we begin?"

Mary Margaret nodded "Yeah."

"Good luck, Mary Margaret."

"Thanks, Hope."
