They all got back to StoryBrooke.

Henry ran to hug Emma, also embracing Snow.
Hope also embraces Andromeda, Enid and Luna L. (who looked surprised because the three Weasleys and the two Black's are with them).
Charlie, Ron, Ginny, Luna B. and Cassiopeia flew back to England while Mary herself decided to stay in StoryBrooke.
Hope went back to Potter Manor and felt someone in her room, she opened it and saw-
"Peter!"
"Hope?!"
"Yeah, it's me!"
Peter have that smile in his face, because he hadn't seen Hope for a long time and walked over to her and accidentally kissed her.
Hope herself looked surprised and Peter realized what's he doing and instantly pulled away he's blushing 😈.
"S - sorry... I didn't mean that." Pan tried to explain, trying to hide the blush "I was just happy to see you. I thought I lost you forever."
"I'm happy to see you too, Peter." Hope have that small smile on her face before they kissed. Again.
