Stacy's POV

When I got up he was gone. I had plans to wake up at three in the morning for sex but I was exhausted from over thinking all night.

I remembered that I promised to have breakfast with the kids before he left so I quickly got fresh up and made my way downstairs.

The smell of food hit me before I even reached the kitchen. I wanted to cook or even help but I guess not even that I can do in my own house.

"Garcia, Good morning, have you seen your dad?"

"Good morning Mommy Stacy, he was outside with the gard... Oh here he is."

I turn to see him walking inside with Paris on his back. "Good morning, beautiful," he said, then kissed me.

"Why didn't you wake me and you knew I wanted to help with breakfast?"

He pleased Paris onto her feet then held my face between his hands and kissed my lips again before moving to the chair.

Why did he wanted to ignore me?

"Garrick?"

"Oh, You look so peaceful, so I took the baby and came downstairs. I wanted you to get some sleep."

"Yeah but you are leaving today and—"

"Stacy, please don't make a fuss right now," he said and switched his attention to Queen. She was showing him something on her phone and I wanted to scream at her.

They were all vying for his attention and I watched as he gave it to them. While me, his unsatisfied wife got nothing but a dry ass fuck and kiss.

"Stacy, should I share now?" Joan asked.

She asked me what to prepare or if she wanted my help?

"Sure."

"OK, everyone find your place at the table, breakfast is about to be shared," he said. The bigger kids came without a fuss but it was the smaller ones that were driving me crazy.

"Daddy can I sit beside you?" Paris ask, her and Queen started a whole fuss about who should sit beside him.

I was going to say anything but he dealt with it and I just sat there looking on. Breakfast was shared and the fuss started again about who didn't eat what and they started to exchange food, juice, utensils and words.

"Guys, please calm down, no noise at the table," Mel said and everyone got quiet. She must have sensed my annoyance because her son surely didn't, it was all about his kids.

"What time are you leaving Garrick?" Mel asked.

"At, 2" He replied.

"When are you coming back dad?" King asked.

"Tuesday."

"OK, I leave on Wednesday."

"King, you don't want to live in Jamaica?" Garcia asked.

"My mom doesn't want me to go school here," he replied.

"Dad is building us our own school, so maybe she will change her mind. Imagine all of us at the same school?"

"All me beg unuh give it two good years before unuh burn it down," Garrick said and it made them laugh.

That sparked a whole set of conversation amongst them, Mel chimed in, the kids argued, before Garrick could even finish eating, Paris was sitting in his lap, playing in his food. I stayed quiet and no one even noticed.
