SOME DAYS LATER :
Joey and Jules hadn't really talked since the argument. Jules was still helping Aoife with her shifts. Aoife went to a different university. At lunch that day, everyone was sitting at the same table as usual. Joey was as far as he could from Jules. She didn't say anything about it. She tried to talk to him before but he didn't want to listen. He only took her command at Trick. Jules didn't eat much at lunch. She listened to the conversations vaguely and zoned out a bit whe, she looked at the doorframe of the cafeteria she saw Aoife. Aoife was hiding but was trying to get Jules' attention. Jules' hide widened.
Jules : hum I'll be right back
She got up and went to Aoife. Mina followed Jules, to see if she was alright.
Mina and Jules : Aoife ?
Jules jumpscared realising that Mina was behind her.
Jules : What are you doing here ?
Mina : Why are you hiding ?
Aoife looked at Jules worried. She then decided to talk
Aoife : I- I have an appointment and I'm kind of scared of going alone
Jules : okay, let me grab my stuff and I'll come
Aoife : thank you so much
Mina : an appointment ? Are you sick ? Is that why Joey and you aren't on speaking terms ?
Aoife : Wait, you're in a fight with Joey ?
Mina and Jules looked at Aoife surprised
Mina : You didn't know !?
Aoife : We aren't on speaking terms either. I'll explain on the way to the appointment
Mina and Jules went back to grab their bags.
Guy : Where are you going ?
Jules : I forgot that I had an appointment. Mina is coming with me.
Guy : Alright call me after
Jules : sure kissed Guy's forehead
Mina : see you guys
They went with Aoife.
ON THE WAY
Mina : So what's the appointment ?
Aoife sighed : Mina, you can't tell anyone okay ?
Mina : yeah okay
Aoife : I'm pregnant
Mina : oh- Okay
They all went to the appointment.
Doctor : Aoife, do your friends come with you ?
Aoife : Can they ?
Doctor : If you're more comfortable yes
The three went with the doctor.
Doctor : So you're blood test can back and you're two months pregnant
Aoife : tw- two months ?
Doctor : Yes... You have two options Aoife
Aoife : I know, I know but- I don't have lot of time to decide do I
Doctor : No, it's true but, did you talk to the father ?
Aoife shook her head
Doctor : alright, it is your choice Aoife, not anyone else's. If you have any questions you can call me or come to see me. Alright ?
Aoife : thank you
The three girls exited the doctor's office. They were silent, nobody really knew what to say.
Aoife : I think I already had my choice in mind...
Mina and Jules nodded.
Jules : whatever it is, we're here
Mina : Yeah, we're not going anywhere
Aoife hugged the girls : thank you so much
The rest of the weeks went by and Aoife knew that she had to tell Joey as soon as possible.
