Taehyung decided to stay with Jungeun for the rest of the day.
The man didn't have anyone else to take care of him and after all, he was the most affected by this shitty situation.
His entire career was on the line as well as his own safety.
These crazy fans yelling outside were damn terrifying. One of them even tried to pass through the windows but fortunately, a guard caught him on time before the crazy bastard managed to get into the house.
To day they were wild would be an understatement.
"I think it's safer if you move out and find a quieter place to stay. Somewhere the fans and journalists won't find you" Yoonbin quietly advised.
They were all in Jungeun's bedroom, the footballer was lying on the bed.
Taehyung was sitting at the end of the mattress, listening to the exchange with a slight frown.
"This is my house, Yoon. It's not me who need to leave!" Jungeun quickly countered with clenched jaw. It was clear that he wasn't so thrilled with the idea of moving out, again.
"I know but it's just temporary... well, until we find something to cover up this mess" The manager sighed out.
"I know exactly what that means. They won't stop until my whole life is ruined! We both know how some korean fans can get!" Jungeun was practically yelling.
Taehyung couldn't do anything but stare at the two men.
He has heard about some actors, idols even, getting bullied by fans but he never thought it could go that far. If before, he had always envied Jungeun's life, the man has so many followers, devoted fans and a bright career, now, however, he was discovering the over side of being a celebrity.
"We'll make sure it doesn't get there but for that, we need you to play the ghost for a moment" Yoonbin carefully explained. "You too, Taehyung" then he suddenly turned towards Taehyung and the boy swallowed thickly. "It would be catastrophic for you two if the media leak out that you were the boy in that picture. That could ruin your entire life. They could follow you everywhere you go and make your life a living hell" Yoonbin stopped when he realized Taehyung's eyes were completely wide. "Sorry, I don't mean to scare you..."
Maybe he had not yet realized how far this could go but after hearing Yoonbin, Taehyung felt the chills running down his entire back. He knew he wasn't ready to deal with those crazy people.
Unlike Jungeun, he didn't have guards around him 24/7.
His entire family as well could be possible targets."So what then?" Jungeun jumped in to ask in the calmest voice despite the fact that inwardly, he was screaming in rage mixed with a bit of panic. "Are we supposed to disappear for the rest of our life? What about Taehyung's studies? The kid has to go back to school. He's on his last year, he needs to graduate!"
Again, tears were prickling at the corner of Taehyung's eyelashes.
He knew it wasn't the time to cry like a damn baby. He had cried enough already. Nonetheless, he couldn't help but think that the situation he got himself into was so fucking scary. His entire life and future could be ruined....
"I know and if he misses school for a long period, it can raise suspicions..." Yoonbin softly agreed. "But you shouldn't come here very often, Taehyung" Yoonbin told the said boy. "I'm sorry to say that but you shouldn't call either. Some people could spie on us so the safer way is for you to be completely disconnected from the Jeon's for the time being."
What??
"But Jungkook-" Taehyung barely said than Yoonbin rushed to interrupt him.
"It goes as well for Jungkook. Starting from this day, he's just your friend, your schoolmate or whatever. Don't do anything that could lead the journalists to have their eyes on you"
