Riley rode to the tracks with her family, wearing the paddock pass Logan gave her and Ava to get into his garage. Riley got out of Josh's truck once they pulled up to the circuit, holding Ava's hand so she didn't lose track of her. Riley parted ways with Josh and Tristen, telling them she'd be with them to watch qualifying the next day.
Riley walked with Ava in the paddocks, who was happily waving to everyone in a ferrari uniform that passed them. They turned a corner, starting down a hallway that had all of the garages there. Seeing Arthur walking in their direction. Riley didn't know why she was upset seeing him that day, but she was, seeing him she felt like she was supposed to be mad.
"You're cutting it close" Arthur said to Riley, waving at Ava quickly before continuing past them. Riley flashed him a small smile as they passed him, making a stop in Liam's garage before Logan's.
"I want to see Logan" Ava said, trying to pull Riley out of the room.
"Ava wait" Riley said, taking a step backwards when she kept pulling her.
"I want to go" She whined.
"We will go in a second" She said, walking into the garage more, "I promise"
Ava's mood changed after Riley promised, because Riley never broke a promise she's made to Ava. She refused to. Ava followed Riley in, sticking close to her, looking around at everything around them, seeing the large car that was pulled into the garage.
Riley let go of Ava's hand to hug Liam when he walked over to them. They swayed together slightly before they broke apart. Ava patted Riley's leg trying to get her attention while she was talking with Liam quietly.
"Can we go now" She asked Riley, seeing her sigh slightly.
"Yeah" Riley said, feeling Ava grab her hand, ready to walk away. "I'll see you later Liam"
"Yeah," He said, "The clubs been confirmed tonight, I'll only go if you are"
"I'll go" Riley told him with a smile, finally letting Ava pull her out of the garage. Riley walked with Ava quickly throughout the paddocks, heading straight down the hall towards Williams garage, seeing someone with a camera, pointing it towards them.
"If you could, can you please not take pictures with her in it" Riley asked the photographer kindly, thanking him when he moved it off of them.
Riley let go of Ava's hand once they entered Logan's garage, watching her walk towards him quickly with a small skip in her step. Riley walked over to them, feeling the joy that was radiating off of Ava, who was listening to everything that Logan was explaining to her. Ava asked him a multitude of questions, sounding like Tristen when he was watching a race.

Riley was in her hotel room after the long day at the tracks watching practice and trying to make sure Ava didn't run off. Liam still wasn't back yet, so Riley was waiting alone ready to go out for the night. Being bored, she grabbed her journal that was resting on top of her open bag. She laid down, getting comfortable before she opened the book, clicking the top of the pen. She started flipping through pages, turning to what she thought was going to be blank. But seeing the opposite. A small note that consisted of very few words. But it only took three to break Riley's heart.
'Je t'aime my sweet love'
Riley's hands shook slightly, thinking this must've been a sick joke Arthur was playing with her. She knew it was him who wrote it by recognizing his handwriting. She got up from the bed, tossing the journal back onto her bag closed as she threw on a pair of sneakers. She walked down her hall, heading up to a the floor she knew the ferrari drivers were staying on, getting lucky when Charles was walking out of Arthur's room.
