As the morning came around the sunlight peered through the windows of Max's room, simultaneously waking Riley up. Reaching her hand out, thinking it was going to fall on Max's chest she was met with an empty bed. Heading her to sit up faster that she would've liked to that morning. Once Riley's eyes adjust to the morning light she is met with an empty room, clothes scattered on the floor from the night before, reminding her of the events, causing her to form a smile across her face.
Laying back down she stretches, standing up grabbing Max's shirt from the night before buttoning it after sliding it on. Grabbing her phone from her purse that was on the floor. Sighing as she saw a missed call notification from Logan. Tossing her phone on the bed, she decides to walk down stairs in search for Max, throwing her hair up in a messy bun in the process, keeping her curls out of her face.
Walking down the stairs and into the hallway, that seemed much longer today than it was the night before she reaches the living area. Making her way into the room slowly, still being sore from her activities only hours ago; she hears Max's voice in the distance. Choosing to follow it it leads her to an office, the door being wide open showing Max engaged in a conversation over the phone.
Standing in the doorway, Max's eyes fall one her, smiling before responding to whomever he was talking to, but while inviting her into the room. Walking around his desk slowly she roams to the large case of books filling the office wall. Her eyes roaming over each and every spine, reading the different titles, most of them not being in english but grabbing Riley's interest nonetheless.
"That's fucking bullshit" she hears Max mutter, turning her attention to him before she takes a book off of the shelves examining it. Trying her best not to eavesdrop on Max's conversation.
Soon enough Max hung up the phone rubbing his eyes signaling he was stressed. Looking up to him from the book she was flipping through. She closes it putting it back on the shelf, facing Max as she hears him sigh.
"You alright?" She asks him, who looks up, eyes lingering on her for longer than either of them expected.
"Yeah just Christian coming up with a shit strategy" he said standing up walking towards her, placing a hand on both sides of her hips.
"Can't be worse than Ferrari's" Riley jokes trying to ease the tension.
"Definitely not" he says agreeing with her before placing a small, a gentle kiss on her lips before pulling away.
"You look good in my clothes" he smiles looking at the shirt she was wearing. Riley smiles before pecking his lips one last time before stepping away from him. Starting to walk out of the office Riley looks back at him waiting for him to join her.
"What's the plan for today" She asks him, who started walking with his arm around her shoulder to the kitchen.
"A couple calls with the team and dinner with Christian later" he says receiving a sarcastic sigh from Riley.
"I was hoping your answer would consist of laying in bed all day with me" She said forming a small upside down smile along her face as Max walks around the counter starting to make coffee.
"Well, I think I have a hour or two to spare until my first call" he said looking up at her, seeing a grin form across her face.

Walking throughout the hallway to Daniel's condo, Riley knocks on the door, not having her copy of the key on her. Waiting in the hallway, Daniel finally opens the door, letting Riley enter hearing him laugh behind her. Seeing her walk in, wearing a pair of Max's sweats and a hoodie, holding her dress from the night prior in hand.
