Chapter 11
This is just gonna be a short chapter that reveals more of Mason's back story. Sorry if it's a bit weird, I don't know how to put this in the main story
Libertys pov
Mason just got back from his mission.
"Hey mace"I said as I walked over to him "how was your mission?"
"It went good" he said
"I actually have a question for you" I said
"Hit me" he said
I smacked him in the shoulder and he laughed.
"But what was the question?" he asked
"Were you ever in the army?"I said
"Yeah,me and my owner, " he said
"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked, noticing the saddness in his eyes when he talked about his owner.
"Yeah, that would be nice" he said. He sighed, and started to tell me about his past. "My owner was named michael, and he was deployed in afghanistan and was killed in battle.so I was sent to live with his sister and her son joshua. But she didnt like me, so one night, took me to the pound and left me there. I eventualy escaped and came to adventure city."
"Wow, Im so sorry" I said
"It's okay" he said "it's supposed to be healthy for me to talk about it"
He hugged me quickly, and turned and went upstairs.
I didnt follow, I could tell he needed to be alone
