Masons pov
It was wednesday afternoon, and zuma had finally gotten the courage to invite ella to adventure city.me and chase still weren't even close to asking our crushes to the dance.Somehow, rocky had already gotten gasket to say yes, and marshall was a nervous wreck around everest.
Me and liberty went on patrol, and stopped by a cafe to get some lunch after we were done.
"Are you excited about the fundraiser?" liberty asked
"Yeah, who do you think is going to be in the dunk tank?"I replied
"I don't know,wait, we should make rocky do it" she said
"That would be funny" I said, laughing
After lunch, we headed to the park and hung out for a while. Then we headed back to the lookout. When we got there, I saw a golden retriever talking to zuma.
"Hey guys, this is ella" zuma introduced
"Hi, Im Mason" I said
"Hey Mason, nice to meet you" ella said
"Why don't I show you around?" asked liberty
"Yeah, that would be great" ella replied
They walked off, and I stayed to talk to zuma.
"Did you ask her yet?"I asked him
"No, I think I'll wait till friday" he said
"Have you asked liberty yet" he asked
"No, maybe tommorow" I said "just out of curiosity, how hard do you think it would be to get rocky to do the dunk tank?"
"That, would be pretty hard, we would probably need to blindfold him or something" zuma said
"Cool, just wondering"
Meanwhile
Libertys pov
Me and ella went for a stroll around the city, and got to know each other better.
"Did you know theres a big fundraiser to rebuild the city hall?" I asked after talking for a while
"Yeah, I saw some posters for it" she replied
"Theres going to be a dance" I told her
"Thats exciting, who are you going with?" she asked
"I really want to go with Mason, but he hasnt asked me yet" I said
"Who are you going with?" I asked
"I have a crush on zuma" she told me
"You should ask him to the dance then"I said
"Are you going to ask Mason?" she asked
"Only If he does'nt ask me by friday"I said
"Okay, I'll ask him on friday then"she said
