Part 15

Ellie's POV:

The movie has about 20 minuets left so i decide to head upstairs before the others so that i can hopefully be asleep by the time Lucy comes back to the room. The last thing i wanna do is talk to her and i know she will try and lie her way out of the situation if I'm awake.

Once im back in the room i quickly get changed into my pj's and get into bed. I set my alarms and try to fall asleep, but all i can think about is how hurt i feel. How could Lucy do this to me after telling me she loves me just yesterday. I thought that maybe because she was honest with me about her conversation with Kiera yesterday, i could trust her. I guess not.

Lucy POV:

Once i get back to the room i notice Ellie is asleep. There is nothing in the world i want more than to get into bed next to her and let her sleep in my arms, but i know i cant do that. All because i fucked up.

Ellie's alarm wakes me up. I roll over and say "Good Morning" but Ellie blanks me and starts to get out of bed. "Ellie can we please talk, this is killing me" i say. "And you think watching the woman i love kiss her ex isnt killing me? Youve really hurt me Lucy" she says standing at the end of my bed. "can you please just let me try and explai-" i say before being cut off, i can see the anger building up in Ellie. "EXPLAIN? how on earth can it be anything other than what i saw? You kissed your ex for fuck sake Lucy." Ellies eyes beginning to fill up with tears. "You told me you loved me and then went and kissed your ex. Do you have any idea what that has done to me, to US?" Ellie says. I sit there, not knowing what to say. Eventually i say. "Kiera kissed me Ellie. I told her i wanted you, not her. She started to cry and begged for me to give it a chance but i told her no. Thats when she kissed me and you walked in". Ellie stands there for a moment and says, "how do i know your not lying Lucy, how can i ever trust u again?". I get out of bed and walk over to Ellie. "i cant prove anything to you, try talking to Kiera and see what she says. She knows i dont want her." i put my hand on Ellie's cheeks and look in her eyes that are now filled with tears. "i only want you, and i will continue to prove that until there is no air left in my lungs" i say. Ellie turns away from me and begins walking to the bathroom. "ill talk to Kiera today" is the only thing Ellie says before closing the bathroom door. I decide to give Ellie her space and i make my way down for breakfast.

Ellie's POV:

A million things are running through my head. How do i know Lucy isnt lying? I love Lucy and i want to be with her, but i need to know if shes telling the truth before i talk to her again. I get dressed and head down for breakfast.

"hey you okay?" Alessia says walking towards me as soon as i enter the cafeteria. "ive been better to be honest, Lucy tried to explain this morning" i say. " oh my god what did she say?" lessi asks. "she said she told kiera that she wanted to be with me and then Kiera begged her to try things again with her and then Kiera kissed Lucy" i say trying not to cry. "And do you believe her?" Alessia says sitting down with her toast. "i honestly dont know. im going to talk to Kiera today and get her version of events" i say. "okay well keep me updated" alessia says before leah comes over and wraps her arms around from behind. "how you doing kid?" she says. "ive had better days" i say trying to make a joke. "you know where i am if you need me" she says before bringing me into a tight hug.

I continue eating my breakfast and i see Kiera sat at a table with Millie, Mary, Alex and Lauren. I walk over and say "hey can we talk once your done please?" i ask her. "yeah i think we should" she replies.
