I've had this crush on the popular guy in my school for a while now. His name is Luke Hemmings. All the girls in the school are all over him. He is a player apparently. Never stays in a relationship longer than a day.

My friend Ashton was invited to his end of the year party. I don't want to go burn Ashton's forcing me. He's good friends with Luke. So I guess it might be okay.

I put on high waisted shorts and then a crop top and converse (media).

I put on makeup and then heard a knock on my door.
I went downstairs and grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket.

I opened the door and Ashton was there in skinny jeans and a band shirt.

"Ready?" He said.

"Yup." I said and went with Ashton to his car.

We got to the house. Ashton walked in and I followed. Luke was there and when he saw Ashton he came over. "Hey Ash. Glad you could come buddy. Who's this?"

"Oh Luke this is Abbey, Abbey this is Luke."

"Hi Abbey I've seen you around school but nice to meet you anyways."

I couldn't help but blush when I said "Nice to meet you too Luke."

And I think I saw him blush too.

"Well there's food and stuff in the kitchen and go have fun." Luke said.

"We will. Thanks bro." Ashton said.

We walked into the kitchen and Ashton said "he likes you. And from what I saw there, you like him too."

"I don't think he likes me but yeah I like him."

"Abbey, I'm a guy, I know these things, he blushed when you said it was nice to meet him. He likes you."

"Okay okay. Now let's go dance."

We danced a little bit and then Luke came over to us and said that there was a game of truth or dare going on now. Ashton practically pulled me to the room they were doing it in.

"Hey guys glad you could come. No one really wanted to come." There was three other girls and 2 other guys. "Guys this is Michael and Calum and then Michael's girlfriend Aisling, Calum's girlfriend Natasha and my cousin Amy." Luke said introducing us to them. "Guys this is Ashton and Abbey."

We exchanged hi's and sat down on the floor.

I was in the middle of Luke and Ashton. Ashton nudged me. I rolled my eyes.

Calum went first.
"Michael truth or dare."
"Dare."

"I dare you to kiss a girl in this room that you love."
Michael turned to Aisling and kissed her. I mentally awed.

"That was cute bro."

"Fuck off Calum."
Michael grabbed Aisling's hand and intertwined their fingers. She rested her head on his shoulder.

Michael's turn now.

"Luke truth or dare."

"Truth."

"Do you have a crush on someone?"

"Yes"

"Okay who is it."

"Her name is Abbey. And she's sitting right beside me."

I stopped breathing for a second. All eyes were on me. What the hell? Luke liked me? I looked at Ashton and he winked at me. Ash was right. Luke does like me.

I looked at Luke.

"Hi" he said smiling.

I smiled at his cuteness.

"I like you and I think you're beautiful. When Ashton introduced us I fell in love with you."

"Well Luke, I love you too but for quite a while. Ashton here said you liked me after we met earlier when we arrived but I didn't believe him. But I guess I have to."

Luke laughed a little. God that laugh is adorable. He grabbed my left hand with his right and used his index finger on his left hand to lift up my chin to kiss me.

His lips were soft against mine and when we pulled away, he kissed my forehead and I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Ha!! I knew it!!" We all looked at Ashton.
"I knew he liked you Abbey."
I blushed and said "well I like him too so it's all good." I smiled up at him and kissed him again.
