Your POV

I was playing with Luke and I's daughter Jessie, who is 1 year ol and hasn't said her first word yet in the living room. "Dada?" she asks. "No sweetie he's out at the shop and he'll be home soon. You said your first word!!" I said smiling but inside I was a bit jealous. Only because Luke has been on tour lately and hasn't been home and Jessie hasn't seen him much. If it was different that Luke had a job that didn't invole travelling, I wouldn't be as bothered as I am. 

I put Jessie on the couch/sofa and went into the kitchen to make her lunch. I heard the door open and Jessie go "Dada!". I felt a tear trickle down my cheek. I heard Luke say, "Honey you said your first word oh my god!! You're the best girl aren't you?" A moment later Luke came into the kitchen and wrapped his arms around me from behind and kissed my cheek. My cheek was still damp from the tear that fell earlier. 

"Hun, I know this may sound weird but why does your cheek taste salty?" He asked chuckling. I cracked a little smile because when you think about it, it does sound really weird. Then he realized. "Honey have you been crying?"

"I'm fine Luke, just Jess said dada as her first word and I am kind of jealous to be honest." Luke looked at me. "Hun, I know, I'm really sorry, I don't really see how she did because she hardly sees me and I was a bit upset that "mama" wasn't her first word."

Luke kissed me and then walked out leaving me alone. When I finished Jessie's lunch, I walked to the living room and Jessie or Luke weren't there. "Kira? Come up to the nursery please! I need to show you something!!" 

He probably bought something for her room I said to myself. 

I walked in and saw Jessie sitting with Luke on the floor. "Someone's been looking for you Kira." Jessie looked at me and says: "mama!!!!" She runs and hugs me I pick her up and hold her close. "Yes I'm here baby, I love you so much." I had tears in my eyes. I spin Jessie around and then sits on the rocking chair. Luke comes up and puts his hand on my stomach.

"Baby, why is there a bump on y- wait, are you-?" He asked rubbing my tummy. 

"Yes." I said smiling. 

"Oh my god baby that's amazing!! I can't wait to have another son or daughter." He said excitedly. 

"Not just one Luke." I said. 

"Wait what?" He asked.

"I'm pregnant with twins!!" I said. 

"Baby that's amazing!! I love you so much Kira." He said happily. 

"I love you too Luke." I said smiling. "Jess, you're going to have a new little friends to play with!" I said, but laughing because she had no idea what I was saying. 

We all decided to go downstairs and watch tv. Luke was sitting beside me with his hand on my stomach the whole time and Jessie was sitting on Luke's lap curled up. I have the best family ever.
