The Thunderhawk is a bolt-action blaster that can be deployed out into a longer form. Unlike longer barrels on some blasters, which damper firing performance, the extended barrel on the Thunderhawk is wide enough to not hinder performance.[2] It features an integrated horizontally-fed ten dart clip, which auto-advances on the prime. A short integrated shoulder stock is on the end of the blaster, and an integrated collapsible bipod under the blaster helps to keep it stable when in its extended form.
A single tactical rail sits atop the blaster. There are also two sling points built into the back stock.
