The LongStrike is a bolt-action clip system blaster. Unlike its predecessor, it uses a direct plunger system instead of a reverse plunger. The blaster also has two unjamming buttons on the left side, which was a feature not present on the original blaster. The top button unlocks the priming bolt even after the blaster is primed, and the bottom button temporarily disables the intermediate prime lock in case the bolt handle gets stuck while priming. Additionally, the LongStrike's bolt handle is removable. This decreases the blaster's width for storage, and also allows for easier modification.
It features an integrated shoulder stock, compatibility with barrel extensions, three tactical rails, and three sling points. Two additional clips can be stored in the shoulder stock.
