The Commander is a revolver-style blaster with a six-dart cylinder, similar to the N-Strike Elite Disruptor. It has compatibility with detachable shoulder stocks and barrel extensions, and can also be slam fired.
There are three tactical rails on the Commander: one above and below the cylinder, and one built into the bottom of the handle guard. A sling point sits in front of the bottom rail.
Longer barrel extensions, such as the Recon barrel extension, do not fit very well and have a tendency to wobble around.
It advertises a firing range of up to ninety feet (twenty-seven meters).
