The Turbine CS-18 is a fully-automatic clip-fed blaster, similar to that of the RapidStrike CS-18. It features compatibility with barrel extensions. It also features an integrated shoulder stock. A jam door sits atop the blaster to help with clearing jammed darts. Atop the muzzle is a set of iron sights.
There are four tactical rails: one under the muzzle, one atop the blaster, and one on either side of the blaster. The blaster also has three strap points: one in front of the jam door and two built into the shoulder stock.
It advertises a firing range of up to ninety feet (twenty-seven meters).
