As I packed my suitcase, I couldn't help but wonder what was really going on with Jay. He had told me it had to do with his father, and that he had to go take care of something in the Underworld, but what?

"Do you have everything you'll need?" Jay asked as he too packed a bag.

"I think so. So are you going to be staying here every night? Or down there?" I asked as I pulled the zipper around and placed the luggage on the floor.

"It depends on the day. If it's not too busy then I'll come home for the night. But if I'm really needed I will just stay down there." He said throwing some of his dark clothing items into his bag.

"Do you have a place to stay down there?" I asked as I watched him quickly, and aggressively, pack.

"Yes. I will stay in the castle."

"Castle?" I asked. I assumed Jay's father, and the other authorities down there stayed somewhere, but a castle was not my first thought.

"It's where my father lives. He's king, remember?" He said looking at me. He walked over to me and lifted my chin up so my eyes met his. "Hey, don't look so sad." He said stroking my cheek gently.

"I can't help it. You're leaving and going to the Underworld and I don't even know why." I said and he sighed and dropped his hands from my face.

"Kayc'. I just have to take care of some things. I don't want to sound rude, but they don't concern you. To be honest I don't even want them to concern me. But somehow, they do. Don't worry about it. Just enjoy going back home and hanging out with your friends, okay? Have fun!" He said smiling. I returned the smile and nodded.

"Okay. As long as you're safe."

"I am. I do have to get going though. It's already nine." He said and I realized that it was only nine in the morning and he was up and ready. This was new for Jay. I nodded and hugged him tightly.

"Please contact me when you can." I said burying my face in his neck. I inhaled deeply trying to take his unforgettable scent with me as I left.

"I will call as soon as I can." He said releasing me and grabbing my face. He leaned in and gently placed his lips on mine. I felt the usual surge from his lips run down my spine. Wrapping my arms around his neck, I deepened the kiss and he returned the passion. Unwillingly, I pulled away, ending our sweet moment. "I love you." He whispered and kissed my forehead.

"I love you too. Be safe and get done whatever you need to quickly so you can come back to me." I said smiling and he grabbed my hips.

"I will. Are you going to be okay transporting yourself? I know you've been practicing but it is difficult."

"I think I can do it. What's it going to do? Kill me?" I joked and he smiled slightly.

"Alright let's go." He said as he lifted both our bags and walked downstairs.

"Seth, Alix, enjoy your alone time with the house. Please don't burn it down." I joked. Alix came to hug me.

"I will try my best, Chicka. Have fun in Williston." She said and I nodded.

"I will. Seth, bring it in." I said, opening my arms for him to hug me. He came over and lifted me, swinging me around.

"Be careful and have fun! Also be careful with your powers. You have to hide them if you get a vision. You'd be surprised at all the excuses I've used to hide my mind controlling. Many coincidences happen around me ." He said and I nodded. I forgot my friends didn't know about my current state. This could be difficult.

Jay hugged them both and we went outside. He put my suitcase down beside me and hugged me.

"Have fun okay?" He said and I nodded. "Remember, just close your eyes and focus on where you want to be. Uncertainty of destination will end badly for you. I believe in you." He said stroking my face and I smiled.
