Chapter 51: (Season 2)

Jeremy POV

It was already 5:30 pm in the afternoon and in how many minutes sun will finally settle down and I was getting ready for dinner. Magnus specifically told me that he'll go home early today and that he'll eat dinner in this house tonight. Usually kasi, sa labas nalang kami kumakain dahil sinasabihan niya ako ahead of time kaya wala na rin akong oras para magluto.

Sinimoy ko ang bango ng adobong manok and my mouth is started to get watery. Just by the smell of it I know I made the most delicious viand for Magnus' dinner. Pagkatapos kung iahon sa pinggan ang ulam ay nagsaing narin ako ng kanin. Habang naghihintay maluto ay naghugas narin ako ng mga pinggan na ginamit ko, nagpunas ng mesa, at nag walis narin. Just a typical house chores.

After I'm done with all my usual works ay umupo ako sa sofa. I looked at my wrist watch and it's 6:01 pm already. Panigurado pauwi na iyon si Magnus at hindi nga ako nagkamali dahil naririnig ko na ang tunog ng Lamborghini Gallardo niya galing sa labas. Walang mga katulong ngayon dahil pinauwi pa sila ni Magnus sa kanilang kanya kanyang bahay. May iba rin na umuwi pa sa probinsya kaya medyo tahimik itong bahay dahil kaming dalawa lang ni Magnus.

A smile form on my lips after realizing that my lover is finally home. Agad akong tumayo at hinintay siya sa pintuan. The moment the doorknob clicks I ready myself and when the door finally opens, my smile was gone. I was frozen in my place. He's white long sleeves was full of blood. Nanlamig ako. I don't know what to react. He stares at me for a moment then goes directly in my direction and hugs me. I don't know what to do. I have so many questions in my mind but none of them reach in my mouth. With a blank mind, I hug him despite of his appearance.

"Welcome home." I lowly said to him. The words that I manage to say in him without stuttering. He's breathe lingers on my ears, the smell of wines and cigarettes are visibly displaying on my nose. He went from the club. He's drunk.

"Are you drunk?" tanong ko at humiwalay sa yakap.

"I'm not drunk. Nakainom lang." mahinang anas niya at ipinatong ang kanyang ulo sa aking kanang balikat habang hinawakan ang dalawa kung kamay.

"And what's with the reason?" usisa ko habang ang tingin ko ay nasa pintuan lang.

"I'm just tired." he said with a very low voice. At inangat ang kanyang ulo atsaka ako tinignan. He stares at my face kaya tinignan ko siya ng naka kunot noo.

"Ano bang meron at nabahiran ng dugo ang damit mo?" tanong ko at pinasadahan ng tingin ang kanyang white sleeves. He's a total mess.

"Nothing. I just bump into some random dude and we had an argument but it was all settled." he said then hold my face with both of his big hands.

"Settled? You mean, you kill him?" kunot noong tanong ko.

"I just punch him and gave him a hard blow. No more, no less." he explains to me. I'm not satisfied with his reason, I feel like he's somewhat lying to me. Punch? No more, no less? Then, what's with the blood on his sleeves. I'm sure it's not a wine cause it smells stinks. But, this is none of my concerns already because what's important right now is he came back home well and alive.

"Are you hungry?" sa halip na tanong ko. He nodded. Lumayo ako sa kanya ng kunti at dumiretso sa kusina para tignan ang aking sinaing na kanin kung luto na ba and I was right, luto na ito kaya pinatay ko na ang gas stove. Akala ko ay hindi ako sinundan ni Magnus sa kusina but I was wrong. He was at the entrance door of the dining area leaning on the wall, crossing his arms while observing my every moves. Just for a seconds, I was uncomfortable because of the way he stares at me.

"Maligo ka nalang muna habang hinahanda ko ang hapunan." sabi ko sakanya habang hindi siya tinatapunan ng tingin. I just can't look at him.

"Okay." He shortly answered and turn his back on me and leave the dining area. Napabuga naman ako ng hangin ng masigurado na wala na nga siya.

"Damn it, Jeremy! You've been together for five years and been living together yet I'm still feeling nervous and uncomfortable everytime he stares at me like that. You should get used to it!" mahinang sabi ko sa aking sarili habang napahawak sa aking dibdib dahil sa sobrang lakas ng kabog nito. Shit! It's embarrassing. I feel like I'm still a teenager who's feeling shy and the face is turning red everytime his crush is looking at him.

I shake my head and slap my cheeks lightly. Jeezzz..Para mawala ang tension sa aking sarili ay inihanda ko nalang ang pagkain na panghapunan namin ni Magnus. Inilapag ko na ang adobo at ang kanin atsaka ang dalawang plato with fork and spoon. I also ready the water, wine, base on what Magnus' prefers to drink. After I'm done, I looked at my wrist watch, it's been ten minutes since Magnus' goes up stairs. What took him so long?

Tinakpan ko muna ang pagkain at napag desisyonan na umakyat sa taas. I knocked at our room three times and when no one responded I slowly open the door and I slip my head half on the inside. No sign of him. So, I decided to fully enter. All I can smell is his manly scent. Napalingon ako sa banyo ng may mag click na tunog rito. I was about to stand up, when suddenly I stepped on a ballpen reason of me to out balance yet Magnus' reflexes is just so fast like Edward Cullen that he saves me from falling on the floor. His arms are now wrapped on my waist while his face and wet hair is so near in my face. Damn it! The droplets of water coming from his hair is now  dropping slowly on my face.

"Are you okay?" he asked first. Napabalik naman ako sa reyalidad.

"Ahh yes! Muntik lang akong matumba but thanks for the save." namumula kung saad at lumayo ng kunti sa kanya. And, I just realized now that he's only wearing a towel on his waist that covers his naked body yet his manhood is bulging and its clearly visible under those thin sheets. Damn it! What the heck am I spouting.

"May lagnat ka ba?" nag alalang tanong niya at akmang lalapit sa kanya yet parang may kung anong spirito ang sumanib sa akin dahil agad akong tumakbo at umalis sa kanyang kwarto para dumiretso agad sa kusina to drink some cold refreshing water to rinse the heat inside me. Fuck it!
