Akk realizes that waking Ayan up is harder than it seems. He even had to text Ray to ask how to wake up his brother. Ayan sleeps worse than a rock and Akk feels sorry for Ray every morning.
"If you get up, ah..." Akk bites his lips, thinking of a witty remark that he managed to get him up. "I'll kiss you."
Maybe it wasn't the way to do it, but Ray told that maybe Ayan will wake up if he tells him things that he can give him. According to Ray it never worked, but at least Ayan answers him if it's something interesting.
This will be the first and only time that Akk will let Ayan sleep with him.
If he didn't know that he was going to wet the sheets, he would have thrown water in his face long ago.
To his surprise (not so much), Ayan does wake up.
"Who are you going to kiss?" Ayan asks, his voice hoarse and almost yawning. Akk blushes a little at the sight, Ayan looks pretty with his hair messy.
"To nobody!" Akk exclaims. "Get up, I don't want to be late for school because of you."
Akk gets up from the bed where he was sitting and goes into the bathroom to finish fixing his hair. From the bathroom, he can hear Ayan stretching and complaining.
When Akk comes out of the bathroom, Ayan seems a little more awake and already has his uniform on. Ayan enters the bathroom after him and Akk makes sure he has all of his things in his backpack before approaching the coat rack on his balcony.
"What did you do to my jacket?" Ayan asks.
"I washed it. Don't you wash your clothes?" Akk rolls his eyes and hands him the jacket.
Ayan sniffs the jacket and then comes closer to Akk and sniffs his shirt. Akk tenses and feels nervous at the closeness and immediately walks away.
"What are you doing?" Akk aks.
Ayan smiles and looks at the jacket before looking at Akk. Is it legal for Akk to think about how cute Ayan looks smiling? Shit! Since last night he could only think about Ayan and he was going crazy.
"They smell exactly the same." says Ayan, which is stupid. Is Ayan stupid?
"You're stupid?" Akk asks. "Of course they smell the same. Do you think I have ten different laundry detergents?"
"But I like..." Ayan smiles again. "Your scent."
Ayan approaches slowly and Akk hopes the other boy can't hear his racing heart. He doesn't want Ayan to realize the way makes him feel.
"Stay away. You get on my nerves all the time... Unlike last night, when you were crying like a puppy in your sleep."
Ayan's smile slowly fades and he looks down for a second before putting on his jacket, perhaps to distract himself.
"I did it?" Ayan inquired.
"Yes..." Akk responds, seeing the way Ayan can't keep his gaze and even seems embarrassed or sad. "Who did you dream about last night?"
Hearing Ayan scream for his uncle broke him a little. He knew that Ayan lost someone important and he didn't know who, until last night. Ayan lost his uncle and that notebook should belong to that man, that's why it is so important.
"It is none of your business." Ayan says, grabbing his backpack from the table.
Akk doesn't insist, talking about it isn't something Ayan seems to like and he's not going to push.
"Hey, Akk..." Ayan calls. "Don't forget what you promised me. You will tell everyone the truth."
Ayan leaves after saying goodbye.
