Feild trip-TO THE FAIR! (Part 2)

The day of the trip came, most students, lacked sleep from the excitement for the day of fun that awaited them.

Jiro had gotten to school earlier than kaminari, waiting with the other students in her year as they took attendance. She wasn't the most fond of going to a fair. Rides weren't her thing, she wasn't really interested in eating all the outrageously crazy stunt foods, and she really wasn't gonna blow all her savings on overpriced goods at the market stalls.

As she waited, her headphones blasted music to tune out the others talking about the trip. She was scared she was gonna drain all the fun out of the trip for Kaminari. He seemed really excited to experience everything, he couldn't help but rave on about the fair during their train ride the other day.

The only thing she was looking forward to was seeing local bands play on stage. Music relaxed her, it let her escape from her problems. That's exactly what she was doing there in that moment, worrying about messing up kaminari's fun.

If I could find you now,
things would get better.
We could leave this town and run forever~

Ocean avenue by Yellowcard swayed through her ears from her shuffled playlist. Her nerves relaxed however her moment of calm was shaken by an energetic bolt of lightning. Behind her the blonde was smiling as he cupped her shoulders causing her to jolt. Her sudden expression made him laugh as she became red from the embarrassment.

"What you listening to?"
"Oh. Just from this band I listened to a lot in middle school, they just got back together recently so I thought I'd re-listen to their songs." She said twirling her earphone jacks, still embarrassed by her sudden reaction. "OH COOL! Mind telling me about them?" He asked looking at her phone curiously. "O-oh yeah they're a band called Yellowcard and-" "Heyy I know them!! They totally rocked the early 2000's" Seeing him interested in something that she enjoyed let her ease up, she couldn't help but feel a tingling excitement in her stomach. As they waited for the scheduled time of departure, they rambled on about music and each other's specific tastes.

Kyoka's mind opened up after hearing that Kaminari liked hip-hop, she listened in with him as he played the song 'Punk tactics' on her phone for her to listen.
Her genuine interest and enthusiasm for the songs fast paced beat made Kaminari feel a sense of accomplishment for impressing the girl.
"Wow I can't believe this song was released recently! I would have mistaken it for being a 90's hip hop classic! Not bad Kaminari." She said looking over at recommended songs with a soft and amped expression. Seeing her sparkling attentiveness made him cocky, he smiled and decided to tease the girl to lift the atmosphere. "Yeah my music taste is just that good, probably even better than yours~" he said with a cocky grin.
"Yeah right! My music taste is perfectly crafted to please anyone!" She rebutted with a slightly fired up tone. "Oh yeah? Why don't you let me listen into one of your playlists on the bus?" He asked confidently, still with a smirk. However, upon looking down at her neck his chances with bonding over her music taste looked like it cut short. "Ah never mind, you have headphones, maybe some other time?"

She laughed at his disappointment, and pulled out earphones "You really think someone with great music taste won't have earphones?" He beamed at the sight and became slightly flustered. "O-oh what? You really have thought of everything about music huh!" "Yeah what would happen if my headphones ran out of juice?" She stated rhetorically.

"I mean, you could let me charge them, after all, my quirk is pretty electric~" she laughed at his suggestion, "That's true, but what if you short circuit and break them? I don't think I can risk that jammywhey~" she said lowering her tone into a smooth slurry causing him to get flustered even more, he then decided to try and deflect her words. "Aw cmon Jiro, I wouldn't do that! You wouldn't even need to risk anything!" His attempt however was far from matching her energy causing her to giggle under her breath. "Besides Kaminari, I'd rather listen to songs with you than myself, I think that's a better risk I can take~" she added as she laughed, she looked at her as his heart began to beat in flurrying waves across his chest. His face flushed with a red hue, he couldn't understand what he was feeling. Before she could notice his face her attention was caught by a gloomy voice.
