An issue they both seem to bear

Kaminari wasn't at all fond of inviting people over to his home, he couldn't even bring himself to invite his friends over, especially not his best friend, Jiro.

He had sorta invited himself over to hers, making him feel a bit rude, usually, if someone invites you to their home, you should invite them to yours.

But on that day, when she offered to walk him home, it felt different. As if he wanted her to see everything he had. His room, his things, everything. However at the same time he didn't. It felt like he was showing more of his true self which made his hair stand up. He never wanted to be some snobby, strict rich boy.
But to him, showing her felt like a first step in harnessing full control of his identity. He was surprised Jiro never asked for an invite to his home, she never pressured him into anything or made him feel anything negative when they hung out, yeah she joked around and called him an idiot from time to time, and it did take a while to get used to but knowing that it was all in good fun, it made him feel like who he wanted to be. Hee genuine kindness that was always there, albeit through a thick layer, sparked his ambition to always strive to be a guy who was always upbeat and energetic.

When he thought about inviting someone over, he'd always wanted them to be someone he trusted with all his secrets. But this time, that wish was only a faded dream, as his girlfriend insisted on coming over on such short notice.

It was strange to say the least, but she was his girlfriend. He should trust her, right? Maybe she'd start to warm up to him and understand the situation he was in, and how it clouded his identity.

And there she was. Waiting at the gate after she pressed the doorbell, signalling to the staff at his house to admit her entry. He couldn't help but sigh, was it out of nervousness? Or was it out of his displeasure that she decided to show up sorta unannounced. All he got was a text at 6am saying that she'll be at his house. It did strike him confused that she already knew where he lived, but he played no mind to it. Maybe he told her?

He strolled down to the front door, waiting for the butler to open it. As he let her in kaminari stood there, void of any expression. He wasn't used to showing much at his house. Usually since the maids would correct him by the instructions of his so called "parents" who weren't ever present, or he'd be casually dismissed or mocked by the other staff.

Shiozaki herself, remained in a stoic trance as she let herself in. "H-hey." Kaminari muttered still exhausted as he wasn't one to wake up early, nor did he expect to entertain a guest. "Mmhm." She said walking around looking over at the many details spread across the interior of his mansion, many bits and bobs scattered throughout the shelves and display cases, all crested in golden trims.

Revelling  in the sight of a wealthy future, she began to pace herself up the main steps. "Where's your room, Kaminari." She asked as she walked up, she stared down at him, waiting for his reply. "I'll show you." He said in a monotone voice.

As they walked, the spacious halls let their footsteps echo through the walls. The awkwardness was at its peak. But it wasn't the awkward feeling he felt with Jiro, there was always something to think about, something to yearn for, something to feel. But with Shiozaki, nothing seemed to happen, he just walked mindlessly as if he was forced to, as if he were tugged on her command.

Upon entering his room. She grimaced at its mess, the tacky animal print bedsheets and blanket caused her to gush out of disappointment. However she calmed herself down. "Maybe it was from a skinned animal. Rich people do that all the time" however upon seeing the many different posters of bands, Tv shows, games, and other popular media, she grew wary of his sophistication. She carefully avoided stepping on the piled up games and CD's on his floor, also avoiding the many clothes tossed around his room. "So uh. What did you want to do?" He asked, leaning on a free wall. She then walked over to his window,  "First. Some sunlight." She said, spreading open the curtains to let light in. Her vines rusted from the sunlight's warmth, as if they were about die out of deprivation of its heat. Kaminari frowned. He didn't like it when his windows opened, it showed the whole street his room he didn't want to stop her, not after looking down at his arms from her countless prickly disciplinary actions.
