Sports festival

Kaminari really likes hanging out with Jiro, they did everything together. They were seen next to each other wherever anyone found one of them. It was as if they were inseparable.

But ever since the talk of the sports festival began, everyone has been training nonstop, just to at least get a glimpse of attention from hero agency scouts. Kaminari didn't neglect this opportunity to train for the festival, this however, meant his time with Jiro was getting cut short.

Of course, both of them didn't think much of it, but, they sometimes secretly wished they were hanging out together instead of honing their skills to become heroes.

But at least they were on good terms... until the day of the festival arrived.

Kaminari stood tense as he watched the others enter the arena. He wasn't interested in anything else but finding Jiro, even if he was meant to scope out his competition. And there she entered, with her short purple hair, shining as the sun glimmered onto its silky surface, her big and beautiful eyes, with lower lashes fanning out from below. Those eyes, he could never look away from them. "Hey Jiro! It's been a while since we've talked casually!" She looked over at him smiling, as they both stood in the arena, waiting for Midnight to tell them what the first event would be.

"Oh, Kaminari it really has been a while! I guess you've been working hard." He smiled back at her, he suddenly felt less tense. It's like her presence eased him. "Yeah! And I'm sure you have too." As she was about to speak to him, an announcement was made. "ALL RIGHT STUDENTS, PLEASE GET SITUATED INTO THE ARENA, THE FIRST EVENT IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!" She bit her tongue, she shouldn't be talking so casually, especially not at a time like this. He has worked too hard after all.

As Midnight walked out onto the stage, everyone scattered, Kirishima ran upto Kaminari in excitement, pushing Jiro out of the way by accident. She huffed her annoyance away and began to listen to her teacher's voice, regardless of how suggestive her costume was.

"You all will be participating in a race, so good luck you youthful heroes.~" The slurry tone combined with the very subtle yet, revealing costume caused the guys to blush, or think some slurry thoughts, Jiro looked over at Kaminari and listened into his conversation with Kirishima. "Someone needs to tell Ms. Midnight about what she's wearing ..." The red haired boy peeped, trying to look away "y-yeah... that costume should come with a warning..." Jiro watched as Kaminari oogled at her.

"So is this what guys are into? Big breasts...?" She asked herself, unknowingly jealous, secretly wanting him to look at her that way. She brushed off the thought, she had a race to try to finish.

As they headed to the location of the event, Kaminari caught upto Jiro's side. "Hey! If I beat you, you have to buy me ice cream later~" she looked at him, with a sour look. "Huh? Yeah right... I'll beat you, I mean you might go whey mode before you cross the finish line." She scoffed out a smile. "HUHHH?? You're so mean Jirooo!!" Their playful banter caught the attention of a particular girl, with long thorny hair. "How disrespectful of her... Is this how class A acts? I've seen him at gym gamma working so hard."

"24th place... I mean it's still good." Kaminari looked up at the leaderboard, showing the rankings, but there, he spotted Jiro's ranking. "Woah. 21st? Damn Jiro. That's.."
"Pretty good huh?" She smugly laughed, standing beside him looking up at the screen.
"Y-yeah it's pretty good... WOAH WHAT?" "Did she just read my mind? Nah... no way.." she smirked knowing that she beat him. "I like vanilla, by the way~" She laughed as she headed back into the arena. "U-uh..." Kaminari began to feel flustered, but in a very relaxed way; it was a very beautiful feeling, his face heated up alongside it.
