Chapter 57 ~ Ultra Dudes

Luna's P.O.V

Finn and I flew out to go on a mission together, hence it was instructed by Aerrow for us to retrieve some crystals.

Finn: Finn's Log! Entry number one! Man, I've waited a long time to  say that! But it finally happened. I'm leading my first mission! Yup, I'm top dog, head cheese on this one!
Luna: Finn, you and I are in charge, we need to stay focus on this mission and we can't afford to screw up or we're gonna get an earful from Mags
Finn: And the best part of this mission, I get to spend time with my prettiest gal on Atmos
Luna: Don't forget Radarr
Finn: Oh, right
Radarr: [growls]
Finn: Radarr, Luna, and I are here to collect some crystals from this mining terra. Must be important, even Aerrow said I was the only man for this job!
Luna: 'Boy, does he not know the real reason'

~ Earlier ~

While Finn was jumping with joy since he was going on a mission, Mags and Aerrow told Luna the real reason and instruct her on what to do.

Aerrow: Luna, we need you to make sure Finn doesn't mess up on this mission, retrieve the crystals and then head back. Is that understood?
Luna: Yes Aerrow
Mags: And please make sure he doesn't go off doing something ridiculous
Luna: No worries. I'll stock up on my bombs, take the first aid, and some food in case of emergency
Aerrow: Good, and for the record, you're in charge
Mags: We can't afford his loudmouth to cause havoc during our stealth infiltration mission. Got it?
Luna: [salute] Yes sir!
Finn: C'mon Luna, the sooner we leave, the better we have just the two of us

Finn puckered his lips for a kiss, only for Radarr to appear between them and instead Finn kissed Radarr's head and backed away in disgust.

Finn: Bleh!!! [glares] Radarr
Aerrow: [grin] Oh, did I forget to mention that Radarr will be joining you two?
Finn: [eyes widen] What?!
Luna: [smiles] YES!!!!

~ Present Time ~

Finn and I arrived at this Western like town that looked absolutely deserted for some odd reason, not a single civilian insight at all.

Finn: Hmm... Seems like a quiet town. This shouldn't be too hard

[Saloon music]

Just then, out of the saloon, a guy came flying out from there and crashed into Finn's skimmer, knocking Finn off while this civilian fell onto the ground.

Luna: Oh dear [get off her skimmer] Sir? Are you alright?

[groaning]

Finn: Hey, you okay?
Civilian A: AAAHHHHH!!!!
Finn: Guess so. Oh hey, wait! I'm looking for some crystals-
Civilian A: In there!!
Luna: Uhh...
Finn: Looks like that's where we're going [walking like a cowboy]
Luna: Pfffttt, Finn, why are you walking like a cowboy?
Finn: Just get ready to watch some leadership in action
Luna: Oh boy

I followed after Finn as we walked into the saloon and saw it ramshackle and only one shady person wearing a poncho sitting at the bar all alone. I didn't like this the fact that he was the only person here, especially when that civilian was thrown out and screaming for his life and ran off but Finn and I carefully walked up to the bar.

Finn: So where's the guy who did this? Did he slip out the back or something, huh?
Poncho Raptor: [snarl]
Finn: Haha, good thing for him or I might've had to teach him some manners
Radarr: [whimpers] [climb onto Luna's back]
Finn: You're quiet. I like that. I'm quiet too
Luna: Oh dear, huh, hey Finn. Look!
Finn: Hey, those're the crystals I'm looking for! You know how I can get some? [breath] Ahh, that smells good and maybe some of that pie too
Luna: Umm Finn, I wouldn't-
