Chapter 70 ~ Little Brother vs Big Sister

No One's P.O.V

Aquarius [Naratting]: Squadron Log: It's been a while since we talked to the Storm Hawks, we now know that Master Anarchis is plotting to make her return and we must prepare for the worst. Starling has gotten many blacksmith to help make more weapons while Virgo inspects them. Meanwhile, Scorpio and Ravess have been instructing every sky knights on how the schedule for patrolling routines will work. We need to be on high alert in case they do managed to resurrect Master Anarchis, in the meantime we need to be ready for any upcoming battles. Though, this night could've possible gotten strange, right?

Most of the sky knights were all fast asleep, meanwhile Ravess shared a tent with Aquarius which happened to be next to Scorpio's tent. Unknowing to them, someone was lurking in the shadows as to avoid being seen, but unfortunately a sky knight from Terra Rex spotted them and sounded the alarm as he blew on the horn which got the other sky knights who are out on patrol rattled and activated the alarm.

[Alarm Blares]

Aquarius [Narrating]: Wrong.

Everyone woke up and held their weapons as the intruder was about to escape when Libra made a quick move and shot a few senbon needles at their legs, causing them to go numb and fall to the ground while Suzy Lu, Dove, aimed their staff along with Virgo holding her scythe at the intruder.

Scorpio: Well done, everyone. Now let's see who this person is

Scorpio ripped off the cloak, only for everyone to gasp in shock, but when Ravess walked up to see who it was she gasped in horror and backed away a bit.

Sky Knights: SNIPE???!!!!

Snipe was lying on the floor, beaten and bruised, with bandages and a black eye. This made the sky knights question as to why Snipe was here in the first place, and why he was injured when he got on his knees and for the first time, begging.

Snipe: Please~!!! Spare me!!! I've changed!!! Please~!!!!!
Ravess: You, begging for mercy? When have you ever begged for anything?
Snipe: [eyes widen] SIS?! What are you doing with these worth- ahem. I mean, sky knights?!
Ravess: [frown] I... Well...
Dove: [glares] Why are you really here, Snipe? Explain yourself!
Snipe: I was thrown away by Master Cyclonis when I failed to take down Aerrow
Ravess: Why am I not even surprised
Snipe: I have been searching for you, sis, day and night until I found out that Cyclonia took over for a while, but not for long when the Storm Hawks came in and saved the day, but then I heard that you were alive!! So please, let me live~!!

Ravess was a bit skeptical about Snipe behavior but also confused as to why Snipe was here in the first place, before she could say anything she heard the sky knights demanding that they put him in prison or hear him out, before things could go chaotic, the sound of nails against a chalkboard were heard and everyone covered their ears. When it was over, they saw that Aquarius was the one who had done that while Celenia walked up to Snipe with no expression in her face.

Celenia: You will be treated by Libra as he tends to your injuries
Snipe: Thank you!! Mercy!! Thank you-
Celenia: However, you will remain in a prison cell until we decide your faith, whether you are spared and given a chance or to be placed into the crystal prison. Lock him up, Rex Guardians
Harrier: Of course, Madame

Harrier and another sky knight took Snipe away while Libra followed, while Ravess was still thinking and confused that she walked back to her tent but not after Aquarius followed and entered the tent with her.

Aquarius: Something the matter?
Ravess: [sigh] It just shocking to see him alive, when I heard from the other Cyclonian Resistance members telling me how Snipe was thrown into the Wasteland, I thought he was long gone. He could never be able to survive out there on his own, let alone without me to accompany him. Am I starting to feel a bit concerned about what will happen to him?
Aquarius: You may be, but you might wanna decide what Snipe's faith will be, tomorrow there'll be a meeting and it's to decide if we should give Snipe a chance or trap him into the Crystal Prison... You wanna be there?
Ravess: [sigh] I don't even know if my opinion will matter, and I still can't decide if we should trust him or not
Aquarius: You should go, that way we can get a better understanding of your brother and make a wise decision. Your opinion matters
