It had been a couple days since Damon had to stake Rose, and he was already off the rails. To make it worse he had been binge-drinking the locals to the point that there were missing persons reports all around Mystic Falls. It didn't help that the trail of bodies Wren had left behind was adding to the list.

It was around 10 A.M when Wren came down just in time to hear the local news presenter Andie Star announce the tragedies. "The authorities believe last night's assailant may also be related to the missing campers and park ranger who have yet to be found, as well as 25-year-old Jessica Cohen, reported missing this morning. The sheriff's department says investigations are pending and no further comment will be made. In related news, Mayor Lockwood spoke earlier today."

The television showed a video of Carol Lockwood who looked incredibly sorrowful. "Due to the recent tragedies that have plagued our town, we will be holding a memorial in Town Square today to honor all those we have lost. Join us and hope that as a community we can begin to heal." Wren's eyes had started to tear up as realisation set in hard that she had killed most of these people. She made a small bowl of frosties before turning to go back up to her room and mope about her sorrow.

Stefan came into her room after she was done eating, she looked up barely acknowledging his existence. "Right, no more moping." He spoke softly to her but she still wouldn't meet his gaze. "We need to go and pay Tyler a visit." He told her.

Her eyes met his as she looked up hopefully knowing the Lockwood boy was also a wolf. "Why? What's in it for me?" She asked him quietly.

Stefan sighed thinking of what to say to the young werewitch. "Well, I was thinking, that we might ask him for some help about your well, you know-"

She cut him off before he could continue. "You mean go and talk to him about my wolfiness?" His eyes met hers as he looked at her with pity. He got up to leave when she stopped him, "Stefan?" He looked back at her in response. "Why didn't you tell me that I killed ten people?" She asked as tears started to gather at her waterline threatening to run down her cheeks.

He looked at her with an empathetic look on his face. "Well, I mean you were so upset already, you were in pain. And I guess I just didn't want to burden you with it. I didn't think you would need or want to know. Damon and I were right behind you the whole time cleaning it up for you." Stefan reached his hand out to touch hers as he continued "I'm sorry that I didn't tell you, Wren."

"Thank you for being honest with me Stefan." The werewitch got up and walked over to the youngest Salvatore brother hugging him. "Let's go find Tyler then." she motioned with her hands for him to leave the room so he did. Wren got changed into a tank top and some khaki cargo trousers then walked downstairs where the vampire was waiting for her.

They arrive at the Lockwood mansion and knock on the door just to be met with silence from Tyler. But Stefan tells the werewitch he can hear his heartbeat so they know he is in there.
