Stefan's pov

It was already late afternoon by the time we had found Ray. He had been out in a bar called Southern Comfort, we had accidentally been introduced to him by the bartender. It seemed the two of them were friends. "Hey Red, get me a beer."

Klaus came up next to Ray, and a smile started to crawl onto my face knowing what was about to happen. "Ray? Ray Sutton?" Klaus put on his clueless act as if he and I didn't already know exactly who he was.

"Who wants to know?" He questioned as Klaus only smirked placing a hand on the werewolf's back. Ray only looked back, terrified even before the fun had begun.

"I've been looking everywhere for you. We started in Florida, Pensacola." The hybrid started as Ray's expression only began to deepen like it was permanently etched onto his features. "I met a young chap there who you used to work with before you moved to Memphis, now he directed me to two lovely young women. And they led me here, to you." He revealed as Ray tried to get up to leave the bar.

"I think I'll be going." He announced with faux confidence when he was in fact scared shitless. He tries to go but the original hybrid stops him.

"Not so fast mate. You only just got here, now your type are very hard to come by." Klaus told him as he only looked the other way and tried to walk that way but he bumped into me.

"I wouldn't do that." I advised pushing him into the counter. You know they say the eyes are the window to the soul, and I really believed that at this moment. Keeping eye contact with the werewolf I could see just how terrified he truly was.

"Vampires." He stated finally taking the hint. Klaus only looked at him as I scoffed at his stupidity.

"You're swifty swift, Ray! Yes! My friend here is a vampire." The hybrid announces before clasping his hands behind his back, the smirk on his face beginning to show again. "He compelled everybody in the bar so don't look to them for any help. I, however, I'm something else, a different kind of monster. I've got some vampire, I've got some wolf." The smirk on Klaus' face grew enormously at Ray's confusion.

"You what?" He stammered out, he truly was terrified.

"A hybrid Ray, I'm both. You see I want to create more of me. Now you being the first werewolf that I've come across in many a moon, pun intended Ray!" Klaus continued to address him by name only furthering his fear. "I need you to direct me to your pack. So, where can I find them, Ray?"

"You can't compel me, it won't work." He announced that same sickly faux confidence resounding within his voice.

I scratched my head, Klaus looked at me and he nodded giving me the signal I needed. I turned around and took something out of my back pocket; wolfsbane. I had only been introduced to the plant recently, but much to my surprise it was almost everywhere unlike vervain.

I turned to the man behind the bar, "Can you bring out the darts please?" Turning my attention back to the werewolf, out of the corner of my eye I could see Klaus' smirk. "Tell you what Ray, We're gonna play a little drinking game, something I like to call Truth or Wolfsbane," I told him.

Pulling out a pouch of wolfsbane, I watched Ray squirm in his place as I took the plant into my hand, crushing it with my fingers. "Oh, this is gonna be fun Ray." Klaus commented only spiking Ray's heartbeat.

After a couple of hours, Ray was still not giving us the right answers. But Truth or Wolfsbane was really fun so I didn't mind much. Klaus and I had Ray chained to the wall, and he already had darts in his body.
