His words cut deep into her soul, she could not help but to reach for him again, hugging him tight.

He chuckled softly, arms around her, keeping her close to him, and didn't want to let go.

His face was buried in her hair, while her hands held onto his naked shoulders.
- I'm going back to the living room, so you can wash up.
She said before pulling back.

He said again before disappearing behind the shower curtain, she had turned to leave when his underwear dropped on the floor.

She cursed before almost running through the door.
- he is going to kill me at this rate.
Y/n said finding pepper walking in the room.
- come on baby, let him get himself together, and wash up.
She got busy making two drinks for them, she knew he likes highball so that's what y/n made him.
He walked out finally, now this look amongst all the versions that she had seen from him was her favorite.

Jungkook asked pointing at the cup.
- yes, we need food to go with it, that was what we were going before hell broke loose.
- (sigh) I know, I was looking forward to that, grabbing a bite with you.
He ran a hand through his wet hair.

- heck no, I don't know anyone enough to invite them to my house, I ordered pizza while you were washing up, is that ok with you? If not I can order something else.

He said walking to the door to grab the pizza.
As Jungkook opened the door to grab the pizza, y/n's neighbor who lived across the hall was coming home as well finding Jungkook at the door with his shirt unbuttoned his whole upper body exposed, the woman just stared at him.
- ah, please come back inside.
Y/n begged him pulling him back inside.
- I apologize.
She said to the woman before closing the door.
- put those things away please.
She joked with him.
- I'm sorry y/n, I'm not thinking too clearly right now as you probably can imagine.

She kissed his cheek.

Y/n opened the pizza box, while Jungkook made himself comfortable on a stool in the kitchen.
- this looks so good.
He said with a child like smile before going for a slice.
- are you coming to sit with me beautiful?

She sat beside him, reaching for a slice herself.
After a whole pizza was destroyed which from it he ate most of it and quite a few highballs, they were sitting in the living room.
- how do I move on from this y/n?
He whispered.
- what happened to you is something really awful, which you already suspected, just take your time to yourself, take care of Jungkook now, just live one day at the time, it will get better I promise.
Jungkook leaned closer, his head now on her shoulder.
- I'm glad I found you again, I don't know what I would have done if you weren't around in this situation.
Jungkook was pretty sure that he never had any serious feelings for Amber but, he felt something, so what happened was really hard for him, he had never felt so used, so stupid for not listening to the voice in the back of his head, for ignoring the red flags that were everywhere warning him.
- I'm so stupid y/n, I just ignored the signs, she never touched me, did she even find me attractive in that sense?

Y/n said before reaching to run her fingers through his hair, which made him move closer to her.

She cuddled up closer to him.
They talked a lot through the night, until she saw him yawning.

He said laying on the couch.
- I won't let you sleep on the couch, is not that comfortable, we can share the bed, if you are ok with that.

He said moving closer, letting his head fall on her shoulder again.

Y/n wrapped her arms around his waist.

She called the cat who followed them in the room.
- I'm going to brush my teeth.
He said walking in the bathroom.
- heaven help me survive this night with this man in my bed.
She said looking up.
After he came back out and got comfortable in the bed she walked in the bathroom.
Pepper jumped on the bed trying to find a spot where to lay for the night.

He asked the cat.
She seemed to understand, slowly moving closer to him, laying in between the two pillows.

He said while rubbing her belly, she had laid on her back belly exposed for him to scratch at his content.
When y/n came back out, she smiled at the scene playing on the bed.
- she must like you a lot because she never lays like that for anyone, not even me.
- well, I guess is because I'm irresistible.

He said patting the empty side of the bed.

They finally wind down for the night, she feel asleep right away, while he laid awake, mind in a whirlwind of thoughts, he laid on the side cuddling up to her, letting the warmth of her body sooth him, Jungkook finally fell asleep.
In the morning y/n opened her eyes, letting them adjust to the light of the day filling up the room, she felt her cheek pressing against something hard, her mind try to process what was happening, did she come home with someone last night, was she going to regret it?
- what have I done?
She lifted her head, finding Jungkook's naked chest laid beside her on the bed and pepper cuddled up on his pillow.
- what did we do? you are a traitor cat.
Y/n got out of the bed softly not wanting to wake him up.
- I'm glad you are getting some rest love.
She mumbled before walking to the bathroom.
