Ezra saw me running in his direction, my sudden outburst of energy had actually startled him a little bit. He recognized that I was scared and that was the reason I was running. Ezra's expression shifted from a calm look to a serious one upon recognizing the fact that something bad or something serious must have happened.
Ezra quickly jogged over to my location and he approached me as I had reached him. Ezra's expression was one of concern as he came up to me and quickly stopped, he was waiting for me to speak up and tell him what was wrong.
Once I hugged him tightly, Ezra wrapped his arms around me as well. He quickly realized that it was something that had happened while he was gone, and the fact that I was scared was enough evidence for him as to what had happened. Ezra held the hug tighter as he felt my heavy breathing, he could tell that I was scared and upset. Ezra rubbed my back softly as he held the tight hug with both of his arms.
Ezra held the hug for a few more seconds, he was still rubbing my back gently as he did so. With me being this scared, it definitely had him worried as to what had happened while he was gone. Ezra's grip on the hug was still tight as he pulled back a little bit, but he kept his arms wrapped around me to provide comfort and a sense of security.
"He was in our shack... he won't let me alone." I started to hyperventilate.
Ezra stayed silent for a short bit, he was still focused on the fact that the man was back and that he was still a threat. Ezra's face was now a serious one as he processed everything I was telling him. "The man that attacked you was in the shack? Is he still there?"
I nodded fast.
Ezra's expression remained serious throughout my response. Ezra quickly tightened his grip around me as he held me more closely to himself to provide me with security. "Don't worry, we'll go in and get him out. We'll get him away from you, I'm here and I'm not going to let anything happen to you."
Ezra continued to stay silent for a few seconds more as he kept me close to himself. Ezra then spoke up again, his serious expression now had a sense of reassurance to it. "Stay close to me and we'll move towards the shack. I won't let anything happen to you, I'm coming in there with you."
Ezra's tone and demeanour were still serious, he still kept his arms wrapped around me tightly as he pulled me closer to him. Ezra continued to hold the grip on me tightly as he began to move slowly towards the shack that we two were staying in. Ezra was extremely cautious and observant as he moved forward, he was looking all around as we started moving.
Ezra was a little bit surprised that the man came out in front of him as he started moving towards the shack. Ezra's calm and reassuring demeanour quickly shifted back into a serious manner as he was shoved to the side. Ezra quickly looked over at the man who shoved him and he saw the man dragging me into the shack. The man quickly and forcefully shoved Ezra back, he wasn't able to see much of his face but his tone and mannerisms were aggressive from what he could observe.
The man dragged me into the shack and Ezra remained frozen in place for a second or so after being shoved. Ezra looked to the side in the direction that the man was dragging me as he realized that I had been taken inside the small shack. Ezra's expression shifted into a serious and stern one as he finally started to move forward to follow.
As Ezra began moving forward, he kept his gaze locked on the two of us. Ezra quickly started to walk after the man and he started to move at a faster pace as the man started walking forward. Ezra's strides became longer, his pace picking up as he got closer. Ezra's expressions were still serious as he made his way towards the small shack. Ezra was almost to the shack when he finally stepped foot within its area.
Once Ezra was right outside the entrance of the shack, he could see the two of us inside. The man kept hold of me as I stood next to him, the man clearly was holding me against my will and he wasn't letting go. Ezra quickly began to approach the man, the man still kept his gaze on me and that made Ezra even more furious. He started to move towards the man, the man still holding onto me. Ezra's strides were quicker now and he soon reached the two of us.
Once Ezra got to the two of us, he took a step forward towards the man who was still holding onto me. Ezra's expression was one of anger and his body language was extremely tense, the man was still holding me, but Ezra had now positioned himself between the two of us. Ezra's tone was stern and firm as he addressed and confronted the man.
"Let her go, get your hands off of her. Now." Ezra said his tone firm and harsh as he addressed and told the man to let me go. Ezra's tone of voice was not asking or suggesting anymore, he was demanding him to let me go. Ezra's grip on me was now tighter as he moved himself closer to the man.
The man didn't seem bothered by Ezra's demands as he continued to tightly hold onto me. The man also didn't even have the decency to give a single response to Ezra as he continued to keep his grip on me tightly. Ezra's expression remained stern and he kept his gaze locked on the man, he didn't like the fact that the man was still holding onto me and he was clearly becoming angry.
