Went out to support Martin later that evening. I saw his set multiple times by now but it was still mind blowing.
He always put so much effort in his set. Jumped around for two hours, without missing a beat.
That's why he was the number one DJ in the world for years now.
Quinn and Romeo didn't come with us this time, said they were tired but I knew they wanted to bang in peace.
Couldn't blame them.
"I should've known you like Dutch guys" Lando said, standing next to me.
We were both standing behind the stage, something I almost never did. Wish I didn't do it tonight either.
"Yes they're pretty amazing, aren't they?"
He just chuckled.
"Well yeah" he shrugged. "But I wish you never found out"
"Yeah well too late"
He obviously thought I had a thing going on with Max before.
"Are you really serious about him?" He nodded at Martin, I immediately nodded. "Are you serious about..-"
Forgot her name again, and to be honest, where the fuck was she?
"Keeley?" He raised his eyebrow. "We aren't together"
"Oh shut up Norris, why did you bring her if you weren't serious or together even?"
And I saw the pictures. You can't fool me.
"Because we are friends"
Friends. It made me chuckle. They definitely weren't friends but I wasn't gonna start drama here.
"Look Knox..-" he said as he turned to me, putting his hand on my waist to pull me closer. "Martin is one of my best friends so I'm not gonna go there"
Unfortunately, his smell reminded me of the time we weren't Knox and Norris.
"Then why are you touching me like this?" I said, taking a step back before Martin would see us.
I didn't want him to think we still had something going on. Didn't want him to be distracted.
Didn't want to mess this up with him.
"Can't seem to stop touching you" he said and for some reason that threw me off completely.
He didn't want to go there because Martin was his friend but that's exactly what he was doing right now.
"I just don't trust you, Norris" took a sip from my drink, turning my head away.
"You will need to trust me, since you will be my strategist and stuff" he smirked. Thought he would hate it, but he was definitely loving it.
Or just pretending to be.
I ignored him after that, didn't feel like talking to him again, and honestly that was the right decision because his girlfriend or whatever she was, started dancing against him.
Rubbing her ass against his dick.
And he was absolutely loving it.
Wrapped his arms around her from behind, I bet he had a boner.
Didn't want to look though.
Just friends, my ass.
After his set, Martin immediately walked up to me, pressed his lips against mine. "Did you enjoy yourself?"
"Absolutely" I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck. "You were amazing"
He didn't need me to tell him this, he had millions of fans, but for some reason, it felt as if my opinion was all that mattered right now.
"You were great mate" Lando interrupted us, followed by his, so called friend. "But we have to go, we really need some privacy" Keeley said.
"If you know what I mean" she winked at me.
Wanted to roll my eyes at that, wanted to chuckle, wanted to pull Martin closer but I did none of that.
I wasn't with Martin to make Lando jealous, never was. Didn't even know they would be here.
I was with Martin because I enjoyed myself with him. Made me feel special.
Never wanted to keep me a secret - even though Lando maybe didn't want to keep me a secret either.
Never got to that part with him.
So, I just nodded and smiled. "Have fun"
"Oh we will" she grabbed Lando's hand, who was still looking at me.
Don't know what he was expecting though? Have a threesome maybe?
"See you guys tomorrow" Martin said, obviously also feeling the tension. He pulled me away from them, away from Lando.
"You wanna go too?" Martin looked at me. I immediately shook my head. "No, I wanna party with you and your friends"
"We can definitely do that" he bit his lip before pressing them against mine. His hand on my cheek, his body against mine.
And I wasn't thinking about Lando, not even one second.
