Mate?

'Let me take over, you don't know how to do anything.' Nova asked excitedly. I went into the back of my mind letting nova take over.

She stood up right away then began running. I looked at the sene around me. The woods was beautiful, and everything stood out. The leaves on the trees were greener, the grass was thicker. Some flowers that we passed looked a deep purple, a purple I've never seen before. And That's weird being as I've lived for 17 years and all my old friends were extreme girly girls.

'Where are we going?' I asked. I had no idea and she's running like she's been here a million times.

'Smell the air' she answered.

I took a deep breath and a amazing sent filled me. I wanted more. I need more. The smell was like mint and forest mixed. It was simply amazing and I wanted it.

'What is that?' I asked.

'Mate' I stopped smelling.

I don't want a mate. I'm too young to be caught up on a guy for life. Nope, not happening. I went back to the front of my mind taking control. I then turned around and headed the opposite direction. Nova whimpered.

'What are you doing! Didn't I tell you what a mate is!' Nova cried out. I sighed.

'Look, I don't want a mate. I don't want to be tied down for the rest of my life. And what if he's mean. Then what?' She was quiet for a moment, then I could feel anger take over her.

'You don't want a mate? Well I do!' She yelled out in my head. All trace of sweetness gone. Is it bad that she's scaring me?

'I don't, and I'm in control so shut up would you.' I snapped back.

'Fine' I heard a crack of bones and there I stood completely naked.

'Hey! Why'd you do that!'

No answer.

'Fine shift back we'll go see who our "mate" is' I was soon back into wolf form.

Sighing I went back into the darkness of the back of my mind.

My wolf took off. I couldn't even see my surroundings. Everything was blurry. Man someone's in a hurry.

'Why are you-' a wolf slammed into mine. My wolf whimpered as we landed on our side.

"Shift" a black wolf growled. The wolf was stunningly beautiful. It was all black with blue eyes.

'Let me take control I got this,' I whispered to my wolf. She nodded. I took a deep breath. The smell was coming from him?

"Get off, you don't boss me around." The wolf looked hurt but recovered quickly.

"I am your alpha, you listen to me!" I studied the wolf, it looked too young to be a alpha.

"Yeah? Prove it." I spat at the wolf.

'He's telling the truth, you don't feel the power coming off of him?' My wolf whimpered. Oh shit.

The black wolf looked me over the it's eyes went wide.

"I'm mated to a white wolf?" He asked in disbelief. I rolled my green eyes. What is he color blind?

"Maybe" I said sarcastically.

"What's your name." The wolf growled.

"What's yours? Mr.Alpha?" I asked sweetly with a edge of get the hell off. I don't know if he noticed though.
