Monteverde's Obsession Part 2

Chapter 4

           Axiel woke up before Lyn. Seeing his wife lying beside him makes him smile. The woman she treasures was with him and he has a bonus, their child. He stroked her face gently and kiss her forehead. These simple movements wake Lyn. Upon opening her eyes his face that has a smile greets her. 

“Good morning Wife. Did I wake you up?” Axiel greets and asks her. He didn't know that she is sensitive to touch that easily woke her.

“Good morning to Hubby. No, you didn't wake me up. I woke up before you hehehe.” she honestly confesses shyly. She fantasizes about him while sleeping and closes her eyes when he wakes up. She keeps herself still and does not let him notice that she is awake and lets him do what he wants to do.

“You're naughty Wife, you trick me for that huh. You little devil.” he gently pinches her nose while saying it. He didn't expect her to do that.

“But I didn't expect you not notice me awake huh. I make it Hubby.” Lyn laugh after saying it. 

            After that sweet moments, Axiel gets ready and they eat breakfast together before he goes to the office. He needs to be sure that she ate breakfast because it is the most important meal of the whole day. 

“Good morning Sir, Mr. Lorenzo accepts your appointment but he wants to meet your wife too. Are you sure to go Sir?” Erika approaches him about an hour before he arrived at the company. 

“Why did he want my Wife?” Axiel ask out of curiosity. He can't see the reason for that request of a client. What is the reason Mr. Lorenzo has?

“His secretary didn't say anything about it Sir but I'm sure for one reason and it is because you're married. It's an honor for your client to meet her if it's okay with you Sir?”  Erika explains and it has sense. Being a  wife of a billionaire is big fame and pressure too. 

“If that is the case, I will ask my wife about it first, and let's see how she will react. I know that she is very shy about meeting people. When is the appointment and where?” he stated but he can't decide because Lyn is free to accept or reject the request. Especially since she is pregnant and has sensitive emotions.

“Tomorrow at Rivera Private Restaurant.” Erika simply answered. He nodded and signal her to leave. He needed to make a call to ask Lyn about it.

“Hi, Wife”  Lyn pick up the call with just a few rings. 

“Hello Hubby, what's the matter? You just leave an hour ago.” Lyn ask. Maybe curious why he calls her.

“I want to ask you if you want to come with me tomorrow to meet a client. It's Mr. Lorenzo and he wants to meet you. Do you want to come?” he directs to the point. Lyn's patience is not that long sometimes, especially when she is doing something important or when she is busy watching k-drama or reading. She asks,

“Uhmmmmmm, do I need to come with you?"

“That's why I call you Wife. I need your answer and that is?”  he asks again. 

“Uhmmmm, I guess I want to come. What time Hubby?” she answered nervously. Meeting the first billionaire is more than the president. Yes, she saw the news about the change of ranking and she didn't mind it. Rank or wealth is not important when you love a person. It's him/her you love not the money they have. 

“Tomorrow morning at Rivera Private Restaurant Wife.” 

“Okay”

“Let's go together tomorrow. I'll hang up now. I love you,” 

“I love you too Hubby. Come home early this afternoon and I will cook for you. Can I cook for Mr. Lorenzo too? I want him to taste my and mom's favorite dish. Is it okay Hubby?” she asks. There are feelings that they have a relation to.
