Monteverde's Obsession Part 2

Chapter 9

“I'm very thankful to have you, Hubby. I'm the blessed woman in the whole world because I have you. You are there when I'm down, happy, sad, crying and willing to support me in everything I want to. You're the perfect man and husband to be an example to others. Your love is worth it like your actions. I love you, Hubby. Please don't get tired and leave me. I don't know how to make it up and live without you, please Hubby.” Lyn says it with affection. Maybe he can't hear it but she is deadly serious about it, no jokes, no bluff, just the truth in her heart. It is what her heart wants to say and she said it lovingly to her sleeping husband.

“My wife fantasizes about me, huh? Am I that handsome for you to glare at me for a long time? I love you, wife. Get better and we will go home.” Surprisingly, Axiel said it after opening his eyes. 

‘Oww my goshhh, he is awake. Did he hear what I say?’ Lyn thought with an O form of her seductive lips, out of shock. 

“Your awake, I thought you were not. But yeah, your handsome Hubby, mouth-watering too hahaha.” she laughs, giggles, and pinch his nose. Her mouth says what she thought and yeah, she blushes at that. How come she says the ‘mouth watering’ in her husband? It seems she is a horny wife. No, she is a shame. Because of that, she covers her face with the blanket. 

“Oww, my wife is shy, huh? So it means you think wild about me huh? Naughty wife. Come on, let me see your red face.” Axiel pulls down the blanket so Lyn covers her face with her hands, so him not see. 

“But you fantasize about me too, right? So we're even.” Lyn seconded and roll her eyes. She wants to lessen her shame by doing that.

“Yeah, yeah, I surrendered wife. You're the winner now.” Axiel raises his both hands like surrendering. When the wife says so, you will choose to surrender than fighting back. Girls are talkative like machine guns. Those in relationships or married know that, what it means. 

           A chef of the hospital delivered a chicken porridge, a piece of strawberry cake, bottled water, and a glass of milk to the room of Lyn. Specifically serve VIP patients. Ezekiel carries his wife and leaves the hospital. He said that they will visit tomorrow because they need to rest. The findings of the doctor become a secret to avoid risk, especially for Lyn that has it.

           Axiel feeds her, lets her finish the food, and lets her drink the milk. Axiel ordered the hospital's kitchen to add a piece of strawberry cake to each meal of his wife. They will serve his food too when he's here so that they can eat together to give her an appetite. Lyn plays games on her phone and watches TV dramas until she falls asleep. Axiel arranges the blanket and tucks her in before leaving the room. He needs to talk to the attending physician of his wife. 

“Hi Axiel, come and sit,” Vin said when Axiel enter his office. Vin is the uncle of Axiel and also he is the one who conduct the operation on Lyn before. Axiel do what he said and sit down opposite him. 

“How is her condition Uncle? Do we have a solution for now?” Axiel worriedly asks. The cold guy becomes an angel when he meets his girl again. Before, his face is emotionless but now his emotions are visible even in his action. He changes a lot because of a girl and that is Lyn. Vin let out a heavy sigh and said, 

“Her condition is unexpected, we didn't see it before. We have several treatments for her case but they will be risky and worst, they may affect the baby or kill it. She needs to know about her condition and be mentally, emotionally, and physically prepared for what would happen the next day. For our country's medical equipment, we have limited treatment for that. 

We will discuss her condition later with the doctors here to see what we can do but I will not assure you of any progress of that. Sorry, Axiel.” Just a paragraph that breaks Axiel very much. He starts to lose hope but he needs to be strong in front of Lyn so she does not give up in this fight. Axiel messes up with his hair and tears flow down his face nonstop.
