The ceremony had started. Amala was sitting by Jin while he served the food to the people of the white moon pack. She was sitting cross-legged, back slouched with an arm on her upper knee holding her head, and a bored expression on her face. Hoseok was with Taehyung behind them conversing with other people. He had caught on to the conversation earlier and was annoyed with the two wolves fighting still. But he also knew he was in no position to scold the omega, which is why he called Yoongi to handle it.
The whole festivities were a lot more lavish than what Amala had expected. But that wasn't what kept the omega thinking. She wondered why Baram was jealous of her in the first place. She never deemed herself lucky enough to attract the envy of other wolves. Especially ones like Baram, who lived a dignified life and were proudly belonging to packs their whole lives. The thought of Baram being jealous of her didn't settle well with Amala. And although she had moved on from the fight. The beta had caused a huge problem within the Min pack and sending her home wasn't punishment enough for the omega.
Jimin was beside Jungkook and Namjoon and all of them were sitting on quilts with other wolves. They made light conversation and joked about the latest gossip. However, when he caught Amala's eyes, he begged her with a look to save him from a delightful misery. She chuckled to herself, making Jin turn towards her with questioning eyes. She dismissed his silent interrogation with a lazy hand and got up from her place. She grabbed his face with her right hand and brought him to her for a deep kiss, he moaned and she swallowed the sound before parting with him.
She thanked him quickly and took off in the direction of the head alpha who was holding a civil conversation with Baram. Jimin had found his entertainment, and boy was it funny to watch Amala in action.
Yoongi and Baram were greeting a young alpha who had just announced a few weeks ago that he was looking for mates to start his pack. His name was Mingyu if Amala remembered correctly. Yoongi was probably preaching the beta for the alpha to take her in. Amala approached the trio with her famous charming smile without forgetting to send a wink in Jimin's direction.
"Hello, alpha Mingyu right?" Amala greeted while holding Yoongi's free hand. "I'm Amala if you remember the female omega of the Min pack."
"Of course, I remember, you're even more beautiful tonight than your celebration." He complimented.
Amala laughed and looked at Baram. The latter was sending her some dark glares through hooded eyes. Amala raised a brow, smirking, and quickly composed herself again, thanking the alpha in front of them.
"You're too generous alpha. I'm just as attractive as Baram, don't you agree?"
Amala ignored the firm grip of the head alpha holding her and shot Mingyu a questioning look. He shook his head, gawking at her, as if he hadn't heard her talking to him.
"Excuse me; I think Jimin needs me to save him from whatever boredom they're drowning him in."
"Oh, of course, go save him. You are the least boring creature in this world after all." The young alpha said, following her with his eyes.
She turned her upper body to look at him, a small smirk on her lips and eyes wide open. The light from the big bonfire shone on her skin, complimenting the tan with a golden shade, and creating a halo around her. As if she needed the extra beauty.
"Yeah, well, I'm kind of trained to be the life of the party." She winked and he laughed out loud.
"You stole the show Amala."
Yoongi groaned and told her to wait for him. He was scared that she would actually be the life of the party and attract the attention of all those hungry wolves. She was the mate of very prideful, possessive wolves and she was on a mission to piss them off, so he would be expecting about anything from her.
