i stroke my hand through Charlotte's hair as we just sit there in silence. its amazing. she's amazing. i don't give two flying fucks about our age difference. i love her. she's the love of my life.
the sheets on the bed start to shuffle as i exit from the place that is my thoughts.
"i have to change so we can get out of here. its so depressing." she stands up and stares at me.
CHARLOTTE

"why are you staring at me?" Cameron asks with a smirk.
i shake my head and chuckle, "i'm waiting for you to leave. i'm not changing in front of you."
"why not?" he stands up and now our lips are only inches apart. i move to another place in the room. i'm dating Shawn. kinda.
"Cameron." i warn. he smiles and walks outside. i quickly change and look at the room once more. the colors were faded but hold a lot of meaning. i like hospitals, believe it or not. i don't like getting hurt, but the environment is so peaceful. so quiet. i walk out in my outfit from before to see Cameron playing with his fingers.
"ready to go?" he stands up and asks, "i already checked you out."
i look around to find Shawn no where in sight. "do you know where Shawn is?" i ask Cameron.
he crosses his arms and shakes his head. he's annoyed.
"i'll go wait outside while you find your boyfriend." he spits putting emphasis on "boyfriend."
i grab his arm as he walks out and kiss him on the cheeks, "thank you Cameron. for being there for me. you know i love you, right?"
he smiles, nods, and hugs me, "of course i do." he whispers in my ear.
we both let go and i watch him leave. i know i'll be seeing him again in like 15 minutes but it hurt to see him leave. i already miss him.
