Lily awoke the next morning to a faint snoring beside her. She lifted her head up and glanced over to see Owen asleep resting his head on Steggy as a pillow. She smiled before poking him on the nose.

"Noo...need sleep." he grumbled burying his face into Steggy's side.

She continued to poke him, but he shooed her hand away.

 "Noooo."

"Someone's not a morning person." she said.

"Oh yeah, well someone is a pillow hog." he said.

"In my defense, I'm not used to sharing my bed with anyone." she told him.

"Yes, that's quite obvious to the kink in my neck." He sat up rubbing it as he swung his legs over the side of the bed.

"Aww poor thing." she said in a baby voice.

He made a face mocking her.

"I'm Lily, I was born in Bristol and don't share pillows." he said in his best attempt at an English accent.

She laughed. "I do not sound like that."

She wrapped her arms around his neck from behind.

"How's about I kiss it and make it all better?" she whispered in his ear.

"That might help." he said. "No guarantees though." he added.

She kissed up along his neck before giving a playful nibble on his ear.

"Okay," he breathed," you can have all the pillows as long as you apologize like this to me every morning."

"Deal!" she said before hopping up quickly and leaving the room.

"I didn't say you were completely forgiven!" he called after her.

Owen and Jennifer stood with Lily as she bit her nails nervously as the park van arrived transporting the two dinosaurs to their new home.

"Stop it, you're making me nervous!" Jennifer said.

"I can't help it. I just want it to go as smooth as possible." she said. "I really think we'll only get one shot at this. If they can't live together...then...one of them is going to have to go. Permanently."

The van backed up to the entrance of the gate.

The workers stepped out awaiting her word.

"Okay," she took a deep breath, " release the triceratops first." she said. Owen grabbed Lily's hand as the triceratops walked down the ramp slowly watching all of them before walking into the enclosure. She nosed around and after a few moments seemed content sunbathing in a patch of sun.

"Alright...let the Pteranodon go."

The awkward avian dinosaur stumbled out nearly falling off the ramp. Lily moved forward quickly helping to steady the young one.

It snapped it's beak at her attempting to get away before falling off the opposite side of the ramp.

"Good grief." she mumbled shaking her head. The Pteranodon finally was upright and stalked into the enclosure. The triceratops looked over watching it.

"Come on girls." she pleaded. The triceratops walked over and the small Pteranodon squawked lifting it's wing including it's weak one trying to appear bigger. It tried flapping to fly away but failed miserably.

"Easy." she said crouching down. "It's okay, you two can coexist.Please."

The Pteranodon walked around the side of the triceratops who craned it's neck to watch it. Suddenly, it gave a hop and landed on the triceratops back.

The triceratops startled at first began to thrash around attempting to dislodge the dinosaur on it's bag. But after a few minutes and the Pteranodon clinging on, it settled down. The two were just in the clearing. As the triceratops walked away, the Pteranodon took advantage and hopped off onto a perch in the enclosure before resting there.

Lily clasped her hands together before doing a small happy dance.

With Owen off to work with the girls and Jennifer at the Mosasaurus show, Lily left the two fed dinosaurs and headed to the hatchery to tell Winston the good news.

She reached the hatchery and went to open the door when she saw Winston shaking his head with Dr. Wu talking to him.

"I won't let those things anywhere near the hatchery." Winston said sternly.

"Winston we need everyone in the park to be on board."

"What you are suggest Dr. Wu is ludicrous and completely over your head."

"You act like this is new, Winston, we've done this before."

"No, we haven't done this before. Nothing like this. It's dangerous."

Lily frowned. She wanted to know what they were talking about. Suddenly, the door open and Dr. Wu walked out seeing her.

"Good afternoon, Dr. Goodwin, what brings you here?" he asked.

"I came to talk to Winston," she told him.

"I'm afraid, he's really busy today with other matters. You should probably check back later."

"But-"

"Have a good day." he said closing the door to the hatchery behind him and walking back to the lab. She peeked into the hatchery and saw Winston sitting at a table holding his head.

"Well, that does sound weird." Owen said.

"Doesn't it? They're doing something Owen." Lily said pacing the walkway of the raptor paddock. She had arrived after leaving the hatchery. The girls were no longer focused on Owen as she went back and forth. "I don't know what, but it can't be good. Dr. Wu is being really weird."

"Come on Lily, it may be weird but Dr. Wu has been here since the first park. You gotta give the man some credit." he said.

Lily frowned. "Seniority doesn't entitle him to credit if he's doing something wrong." she said annoyed. Echo screeched loudly but Blue silenced her with a snap.

'Whoa," Owen walked over to her trying to ease the tension. "Lily look, I didn't mean to upset you, but we don't have any details. We can't just go off assuming things, okay?" he said softly holding his face in her hands.

She sighed. "Sorry...you're right." she said. "I'm probably just getting worked up over nothing."

"Maybe not, you have a gut instinct, I wouldn't completely dismiss it.I'm not doubting you're word, I'm just saying we have to get some more facts. Alright?"

"Yeah, alright."

Owen arrived back from the raptor paddock that evening after feeding them to see Lily on the roof again.

"Yeah Dad," she chuckled, he could hear her sniffle as she rubbed her eyes. "No, I understand fully. I'm just sorry this happened."

Owen climbed up to the roof and sat beside her. She glanced over at him and forced a small smile on her face. He reached out his hand and wiped away a tear as it fell down her cheek.

"I love you too Dad. Yeah, talk to you later." she hung up the phone and wiped her eyes quickly. She turned to him.

"Hi?"

"Tell me." he said locking eyes with her.

"Mum went and kicked Dad out of the house, so she and the twit of man she's with could move in. She said his place wasn't big enough."

"Where's your dad staying now?"

"With some friends from the factory. God, she's just such a miserable being." she said angrily. "How could she do that to him?"

Owen pulled her into a hug attempting to soothe her rubbing her back. "It's alright, I'm here for you. I'll always be here for you." he whispered into her hair.
