Chapter - 17

At Hospital:

Exiting the doctor's cabin, Namjoon and Jin made their way to Yoongi's bed. Jin sat down on the chair beside the bed and gently took Yoongi's hand in his, softly massaging it as he spoke.

Jin: "Why are you so worried, baby? You didn't even tell me! Do you think I'm not capable enough?" With these words, Jin started crying again.

Joon placed his hand on Jin's shoulder, trying to console him.

Joon: "Jin, some things children keep to themselves to prevent their parents from worrying. And you know what Yoongi means to you. Right? Now we just need to focus on keeping him happy. How would it be if we all went out somewhere after Yoongi's fever goes down a bit?"

Hearing Joon's question, Jin calmed down a bit and agreed with him. Now, both of them started discussing plans about it.

At Yoongi's house:

Junjun: "Jimishi hyung, let's go for ice cream!"

Jimin: "But JunJun, you just had a bowl of ice cream."

Junjun innocently smiled and said, "Jimishi, I had it with you, now I want to have it with Kooki Boki."

Jimin: "Then you'll say, 'Jimishi, now I want to have it with TaeTae Hyung.'"

Junjun made a shocked face and said, "Oh, how did you know I was going to say that?"

Jimin: "I know all your dramas."

Meanwhile, a separate war was brewing between a Tiger and a Bunny.

Jungkook was glaring at Taehyung with his sharp sword-like eyes, while Taehyung was enjoying Jungkook's anger with a half-smile.

Jungkook: "Look, I'm telling you for the last time, give me that banana milk; it's mine, and Jin hyung kept it for me."

Taehyung: "Where is it written that it's yours and Hyung only kept it for you?"

Jungkook: "Are you questioning me while standing in our brother's house?"

Taehyung: "Do you talk like this to guests in your house? Oh, I forgot, you belong to the middle class, always arguing over trivial matters."

Jungkook: "Yes, you're right; we argue over every little thing, that's why we have 'Our' things. How would you know what 'Our' things are? All your relationships are based on loans."

Jungkook said this sarcastically, hitting Taehyung where it hurts. Taehyung, feeling hurt, placed the banana milk on the table and walked out to the balcony.

Just then, Jimin was about to approach Taehyung when he saw him leaving. He walked up to Jungkook and asked, "What happened? Why does he look upset?"

Jungkook: "Jiminie, leave him. Whatever attitude he shows, he'll face the same in return. His money impresses someone else, not us."

Jimin took a deep breath and approached Taehyung.

Jimin: "Taehyung!"

Taehyung glanced at Jimin with a sideways look and then returned to his previous position.

Jimin: "I apologize on behalf of Kook's behave. I told you, didn't I, that he has a good heart; he just takes time to warm up to new people."

Taehyung only responded with a 'Hmm'

Jimin: "Um, would you like to have a strawberry milkshake? I make it really well."

A faint smile appeared on Taehyung's face. He said, "I'm not really in the mood, but if you say so, I'll give it a try.
