Chapter - 34

At the Office:

Two jealous eyes were watching without realizing that the person, out of anger and jealousy, was pressing a pen nib into his hand, causing it to bleed. He didn't feel the pain and angrily approached the two laughing boys. Reaching them, he only said, "Mr. Min! In my cabin, right now." Yoongi was startled by the sudden voice, and so was the boy standing with him. Seeing Hoseok's anger, they both got scared. After speaking, Hoseok walked away, but Yoongi noticed the injury on Hoseok's hand. After many days, Yoongi heard that dark voice and saw those cold eyes again, which sent chills down his spine. But it wasn't just the voice; seeing Hoseok's bleeding hand frightened him more. Without saying anything, he followed Hoseok to his cabin.

Hoseok harshly shut the cabin door and went inside. Yoongi was even more scared but gathered the courage to enter. He saw Hoseok sitting on the sofa, seething with anger.

Yoongi stammered, "Y-Yes, Boss?"

Hoseok asked, "What were you doing?"

Yoongi nervously replied, "I was on break, and I told you before I left." Hoseok could see that one more word would make Yoongi cry, as his eyes were already brimming with tears.

Hoseok took a deep breath and said, "You should go home now."

Yoongi, confused, said, "What? How can you fire me for taking a break?"

Hoseok, confused, asked, "Yoon, what are you talking about? Who's firing you?"

Yoongi said, "You! Why else would you send me home when it's not even afternoon yet?"

Hoseok, still in a cold tone, replied, "Yoon, we need to go to Hyun's party this evening. You need to get ready. You'll go as a company representative, while I'll go as his brother."

Yoongi exclaimed, "Oh!" Remembering Hoseok's injured hand, he left without saying more. Hoseok watched him leave, growing angrier. But his anger burst when he saw Yoongi return with a first-aid box.

Yoongi said, "I'll go, but first, give me your hand. I don't know how you got hurt, but you're old enough to take care of yourself."

Saying this, Yoongi started applying medicine and bandaging Hoseok's hand. Hoseok kept looking at Yoongi lovingly the whole time. Suddenly, an idea came to Hoseok's mind, and he said, "Oh, listen, for the party tonight, wear something black or white. That's the dress code." Yoongi nodded without taking his focus off Hoseok's hand.

Wang's House

Jack: "Sumi, are you going to take the medicine quietly, or do I have to force-feed you?" (Jack is chasing Sumi with a tablet in his hand, yelling, while Sumi, holding a plushie, is running around the house because she doesn't want to take the medicine.)

Sumi: "Oppa, I'm telling you, don't bring that bitter thing near me! I'll jump from here! Really, I'll jump! I'll end my life! Suicideeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!"

With a done face, Jack puts the glass of water on the table, places his both hands on his hips, and says, "Sumiaa, you're standing on the sofa!" (He says in a duh-tone, giving a lite lip smile.)

Sumi looks down and then at Jack: "So what? Should I give my threat from the roof? I-I'll jump from here! Just leave me alone, don't make me take it. You never listen to me......

Jack: "Okay, listen, if you take this, I'll take you out for ice cream. I promise."

With a pouty face, Sumi gets down from the sofa, takes the tablet from Jack's hand, and swallows it. Just then, she gets a call from Yoongi and answers it immediately.

Sumi: "Oh, Hyungnim!"

Yoongi: "Wow, Sumiaa! Now you look fine. How are you feeling?"

Sumi: "Much better. I have a lot to talk to you about. I'll tell you everything this evening."
