It was currently dawn and I was starting to prepare my dinner when I heard a knock from my door
I don't remember inviting anyone..
"Who is it?"
"Marilyn? You there? It's me Charlie"
I turned off the stove and quickly went to the door and opened it
"Charlie , What brings you here?"
"Sorry for the sudden visit but can you..accompany me to the diner?"
I was confused but it looked like he was anxious of something and I guess he wanted someone to talk to
"Sure I'd love to , perfect timing aswell . Let me just change real quick"
"Alright"
I went to my room and quickly got dressed , it was a bit cold so I decided on wearing a brown sweater and some beige pants and some belt

After getting ready I go downstairs and grab my house key from the shelf near my door and go out
I see Charlie waiting for me in his car , I got in and put the seat belt on
"Ready?"
"Yup , let's go"
We drove for a good 10-15 minutes when we arrived at the diner
We went inside and sat at a table and looked at the menu
" good evening Charlie and Marilyn , lovely seeing you guys here . What would u like to order? " Cora says with a smile on her face
I always liked Cora she seemed so nice when I watched her , and now that I've met her she is and I can't help but always smile when I see her.
I smile back "goodevening aswell Cora uhm I think I'll just have the burger and fries"
