Chapter 18

Marilyn's pov

I stirred in my sleep as I felt a warm light hitting my eyes , and as I slowly open my eyes. I realized that the sun has come up.

It was such a nice warm feeling to wake up to.

I tried moving a bit to stretch my limps but quickly realized I couldn't. 

I felt as if I'm glued to my position

I glanced down and quickly knew why i couldn't move. I saw the kings wrapped around me, each one holding me in a sort of protective embrace.

For a moment, i was completely confused, my mind was still a bit groggy from my sleep.

But then the events of the previous night flooded back to me—from the discussion to their decision.

One thing i also noticed is that each of them had their eyes closed and if I'm being honest.. If it weren't for their constant tight grip on me , I would of thought they were asleep.

It was..actually adorable—

they looked so peaceful aswell , and their smooth hair were very tempting to touch..

I then Suddenly, remembered the shopping trip with Alice. Shit.

I sighed As I looked at their sleeping state. I would really like to just sleep more but I don't think I want Alice scolding me early in the morning..

So knowing i have no chouce i gently began brushing my fingers through their hair, silently letting them know I was awake.

As Aro, Caius, and Marcus opened their eyes, they gazed at me and I couldn't help but smile.

It would be nice waking up every morning like this..

"Good morning, my kings . I'm sorry but I have to get ready," i said, my voice was still soft from sleep. "Alice is expecting me remember?."

I had to keep in my giggle when i saw Caius pout slightly, it wasn't that noticeable but thanks to our close embrace , i sure can see it

his grip tightened around me. As he spoke "Can't you just stay today? , just reschedule that trip with the Cullen" he murmured.

Aro chuckled softly, his eyes meet mine. "It is rather nice like this," he agreed

I placed a soft kiss on Caius's forehead , before meeting his displeased expression that softened " I already agreed , Caius. don't worry I promise I won't be long"

I heard Marcus sighed, before brushing a strand of hair from my face. "Be careful, Marilyn," he said quietly.

I nodded before placing kisses for each of them " I'll make it up with you three once I return"

My kings exchanged a glances, and though reluctant, they released me from their embrace. As I slipped out of the bed, I felt their eyes following as I got up to prepare for the day

But in pure honesty I'm preparing myself for a long day , knowing alice , she won't be alone on this shopping.

I walked towards my bathroom and closed the door.
