Chapter 16

Y|n's P.O.V

We got to a hotel and Saskia told me to wait in the car while she took the rooms.

-They had only one room available. Is it ok if we share it?

-Of course! I don't want to be alone anyways.

She looked at me and smiled with sympathy before saying:

-Let's go.

I nodded and got out of the car while she opened the trunk. I grabbed my backpack and we entered the hotel. We got to our room and I imediately laid down. I was exausted.

-I'm going to take a shower...

-Mhm...I'm going to sleep.

-Ok.

She smiled and entered the bathroom. I turned around to face the window and fell asleep while thinking about Jamie.

Jamie's P.O.V.

I was about to go to sleep when my phone rang. It was Saskia:

-Hey, where are you?

-We're to the Grand Hotel...

-Ok. Y|n is with me. We made it to a hotel but I'm not sure how safe we are here.

-I just talked with Ellie's parents. They're being watched as well.

-So they can't help us.

It wasn't a question. It was a statement.

-Nope...How's Y|n?

-She is sleeping...She was exausted.

I smiled sadly at the thought of her. I wish she was in my arms right now...

-Hey, Jamie, are you sure she's been eating lately? She's so light...

I thought about it for a second.

-Well, I don't know...We were away for 2 weeks. She had an eating disorder a few years ago. She was insecure about her body.

-It looks like she didn't ate much while we were away...

I sighed.

-Can you please tell her to call me when she wakes up?

-Of course.

-Thanks.

-Yeah...

It was quiet for a moment before she asked:

-So...What's the plan? What are we going to do next?

-We have to meet as soon as possible. Sent me your location.

She texted me their location.

-Mhm...Looks like you're pretty far from us.

-Hmm...We need a plan. Y|n won't be able to stay much without you. I'll make sure that she always has her pills close but...

-I know. I hardly calmed her down last time. I'll talk to her when she wakes up.

-Ok...

After 5 minutes she ended the conversation and I decided to take a nap.

I woke up a few hours later to my phone buzzing:

-Hi, babe...

-Hey...What are you doing awake at 3 in the morning, baby?

-I couldn't sleep anymore...

-Oh...Well, good thing you're awake because we need to talk.

She sighed.

-Last time you said that I ended up crying myself to sleep.

I knew she was smiling. I chuckled.

-It's not like that this time...I'm going to ask you something. And I want you to answer honestly.

-Ok...

-Have you been eating lately?

-Umm...

-Y|n. Tell me the truth, baby.

-No...I haven't been eating in the past 2 weeks.

-Why?

-I miss you...I just don't feel like doing anything if you're not here.

-Y|n...In order for you to be healthy you need to eat. I need you to be strong for me, yeah?

-Ok...

-Will you eat, please?

-Yes. I promise.

I smiled.

-I'll check on you every day from now on.

She laughed.

-Ok, ok. Can we facetime, please?

-Sure!

We switched the call on facetime.

-Hey, beautiful.

She blushed and looked at Saskia who was sleeping behind her.

-Is she sleeping?

She nodded.

-Yeah...

We didn't even realise that we talked for a few hours until Saskia woke up.

-Hey, loverbirds.

We laughed. Y|n said:

-I'll let you tell her your plan.

She got up and Saskia asked:

-Where are you going?

-I'm going to get something to eat.

-Ok...Just be careful.

Y|n nodded.

-I'll be right back.

I smiled at her and she smiled back before getting out of the room.

I was just about to open my mouth when Y|n burst back in the room.

-We need to go!

Saskia got up.

-What happened?

I could see she was panicking. I knew her anxiety was kicking in again.

-Baby, I need you to tell us what happened.

-A men is here. He is asking for us. He showed a photo of us to the staff.

Saskia immediately packed their bags.

-Jamie, what are we going to do?

-You need to come to us. Once we are together we'll figure out what to do.

-Ok! See you later!

She ended the call and I sighed in frustration. Once Y|n is here, I wouldn't have to worry about anything and I'll be able to make a plan.

I started heading to the girls' room. I knew they would want to hear the news.
