Eight years later...

Reyna tossed away another letter from the giant stack of letters on her desk. They were all from various people, like Hermione, Draco, Ginny, and Harry. But they all always wrote the same things to her: Can you come visit us? Where are you now? It's been so long! After the 15th letter, Reyna had gotten annoyed and threw all of them out. It wasn't like she never wrote back. But she never answered where she was and she never said yes to her visiting them. Reyna loved her friends, but she knew that meeting in-person with any of them would result in Asher coming in.

She silently scoffed at herself. She shouldn't let a break-up with a boy stop her from meeting her friends! And after all, that break-up was eight years ago. Reyna was 26 now. But she knew that, deep down, even though she'd never admit it, there was part of her that still loved Asher.

"Reyna! Lunch is ready!" Thalia called. Reyna grabbed a letter to read while she ate. It was a daily habit of hers. A delicious smell of empanadas drifted from downstairs. Hungry, Reyna rushed down the stairs and into the dining room. Sitting down and grabbing an empanada before they were all eaten, she opened up the letter. It said:

Reyna,

Hogwarts has been completely rebuilt! Apparently, all we had to do was have loads of people say "Reparo" at once. Anyways, just thought I'd let you know that we're holding a Christmas party there. It's a celebration of the holiday, and the fact that Hogwarts is back! I hope you can make it. We're all hoping you'll be there!

                                                                                                Lots of love,

                                                                                                               Hermione Malfoy

As Reyna bit into her empanada, she considered the offer. She hadn't seen them in so long. Even if Asher was going to be there, Reyna would be with her friends.

"Hey Thals?" She asked. Thalia looked up from the plate of empanadas.

"Yeah?"

"Can you arrange a flight to London?"

After the flight was arranged, Reyna began packing and tried to find a dress suitable for the Christmas party. She rummaged and rummaged through her closet until she found the perfect dress. It was a beautiful, emerald green satin dress, with long sleeves, and it wasn't too short.

(This is the dress. Just ignore the person wearing it.)

12 hours later...

Reyna stared out the window as the Hogwarts Express pushed along. She was one of the only people on the train, seeing as Hogwarts wasn't yet open for students, and most of the wizards and witches lived near Hogwarts.

The train stopped at Hogsmeade, where Reyna got off. She was staying at an inn there. When she got to the inn, she unpacked, took a shower, and started getting ready. Reyna put on the green dress and brushed her long curly hair. She did some eye makeup, put on a little bit of lipstick, and then she was all ready to go.

As she walked up to Hogwarts, she shivered, partially from the cold, and partially from the excitement. Reyna reached the door and knocked. It was Luna who answered.

"Oh hello Reyna!" She said. Luna was looking very pretty, with a dark purple tulle dress and her hair in a loose bun. They walked in, to find the Great Hall covered in fake snowflakes, and Christmas trees everything 20 feet.

"Reyna!" Ginny called. Reyna looked and saw Ginny, with Harry and Hermione with Draco. Ginny was simply stunning, wearing a royal blue mini dress, and her red hair had been cut so she now had a bob with curtain bangs. Harry was looking uncomfortable in a suit and tie, his hair as messy as always. Draco on the other hand looked perfectly comfortable and his blond hair was side parted and slicked back. Hermione had on a red mermaid dress, and a red rose on her wavy hair. Her hair had lost its frizz over the years.

"Hi Reyna!" Hermione greeted. Draco waved, and Harry looked up and smiled at her before returning to fix his crooked tie. Just then, Asher appeared, grinning. As soon as he saw Reyna, his grin slowly slid off.

"I think you guys need to talk." Draco advised. Reyna glared at him and tried to walk away. Luna stopped her.

"You two can talk it over with the nargles hanging above you." Luna said seriously. She and the others forcefully pushed Asher and Reyna into a corridor and left.

There was an awkward silence between them.

"I'm so sorry." Reyna whispered, breaking the silence. She looked down. Asher stepped closer to her and held her chin back up.

"Don't be sorry. Let's just forget about what happened, ok?" He said. Reyna nodded and Asher held her in his arms.

"Do...do you still love me? After all these years?" Reyna asked. She was so afraid that the answer would be no.

"Of course I still love you. I always will. But do you still love me?" He asked, directing the question at her.

"I never stopped loving you." Reyna answered. Asher broke out into a smile.

"Then I know it's safe to ask this question," He said, getting down on one knee. "Reyna Avila Ramírez-Arellano, you are my one and only love. I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

Reyna gasped, her hands flying to her mouth. She could feel herself starting to cry and get emotional. Her mind was a blur of thought, she was experiencing so many emotions, and she didn't know what to say until finally she pulled herself together and replied-

"Yes."

"I knew the nargles would make it work!" The triumph voice of Luna Lovegood shouted.
