It was a fine morning when Evelyn got ready and left her house, locking the door. She stood in front of her house patiently as if she was waiting for someone. And yes, she was.

A black car finally came into her sight and she walked towards it smiling. She settled herself inside as the car stopped, greeting the person driving with a chirpy smile. It was none other than Samuel.

"Look at the backseat.", Samuel ordered.

Evelyn turned her head around to see and what she saw made her heart smile out loud.

"Why did you get this?", she asked as she grabbed the sandwich and coffee.

"Just because.. you should eat more!", Samuel said as he smiled secretly looking at how half the sandwich was already inside the flat little tummy of Evelyn.

It had now been a few weeks after that incident had taken place. Ever since then, Samuel had been persistent to pick up Evelyn from her house to work and drop her to her house on the way back.

On Evelyn's side, she was extremely elated and filled with joy seeing someone care for her and add extra efforts for her.

They reached the office and entered inside together. Everyone had now been guessing what relationship both of them shared for a while now. They were often the lunch table topic.

Evelyn knew about it. She would have taken action against it trying to shoo away the perplexed thoughts of everyone if she had not secretly liked these rumours of them both. But, she does. She likes the thought that people think they are together. She likes that people think she has control over him and he has control over her equally.

She was hesitant about admitting to these confusing feelings before. But, helpless owing to herself, she has surrendered masking her feelings for the sake of getting out of trouble. Because anyhow, she knew she would have landed in this place someday.

Evelyn settled at her desk and worked. Finally after an hour or two, she finished. She was exhausted and needed a break.
She put her head down on the desk and closed her eyes.

Samuel saw Evelyn resting her head on the desk. He instantly got up and walked out of his cabin and walked towards her, almost rushing.
He reached her and called for her.

Evelyn got her head up and looked at the amazingly built manly torso. She looked up to see the face of the man. She saw Samuel.

She instantly stood up in a hurry.

"WHAT HAPPENED?", Evelyn asked hurriedly.

"I am here to ask you the same question.", Samuel spoke with calm.

Evelyn looked at him in confusion.

"Why did you rest your head on the desk like that? Anything bothering you?", Samuel asked.

"Oh that! I just finished sorting out these files. I took a break..", Evelyn replied.

"Ohh!", Samuel nodded his head in realisation.
He looked around and realised everyone was staring at him.

"Uh.. I was here to see if you were done.. with the f-iles. I need them..", Samuel said hurriedly. He knew he made no sense.

"Oh okay..", Evelyn said as she gave him the files.

Samuel snatched them from her hand and walked quickly to his cabin.
As soon as he closed his door. He stood there realising how stupid he was looking as everyone stared at him.

It was finally lunch time.
Samuel was still busy working so Evelyn and Adele went out to have lunch.
After that, when they returned, they went to the window near the coffee machine.
