Tay POV:

I can't wait to see Alicia I think I really like this girl but she's kinda playing hard to get. I mean I think she like me and all but she be acting like she don't.

I was sitting on the couch at the crib rolling up a blunt then I looked at my phone a message popped up I thought it was Licia but it was my ex girlfriend.

What the fuck she want I thought to myself.

I picked up my phone and read the text message.

Hey I just wanted to say that I miss you and I think we should work things out I know I messed up but I still love you hope you hit me back love.

I just shook my head that girl is crazy as hell her name is Destiny. we were together for a year in and half before I meet Alicia.

We broke up when I found out she cheated on me with some other nigga.

The boy she was messing with is against my crew. His name was Q I should've known she was a hoe we fucked 2 or 3 weeks after we met.

"Ayo bruh guess who just texted my phone" I said yelling in the other room at my nigga Dre.

"Who was it?" he replied.

"That bitch Destiny telling me she miss me and shit I don't trust that bitch fam" I said

"Hell naw you know her ugly ass boyfriend Q work for that bum ass nigga Joe" he said.

Joe is a grimy ass nigga I bet he trying to plot on me and my niggas he mad my crew taking over Atlanta.

My phone started to ring it was the boss man Luis.

"Wassgood man?" I said when I picked up the phone.

"I got some work for you and one of your amigos tonight" he said

"What's up what you need?" I said

"Come over to my crib and I'll tell you what I need you to do" he said.

"What time you want us to come over ?" I said

"Come around 8 my wife is cooking dinner come over and have dinner with us" he said.

"I gotcha me and Dre will come thru later on boss man" I said taking a puff of the blunt.

"See you fellas later" He said in his strong accent.

"Ight later" then I hung up my phone.

"Bruh we gotta do some work for Luis tonight" I said passing the blunt to Dre.

"Bet what we gotta do?" Dre said puffing on the blunt.

"I don't know he just told us to come over to his house for dinner." I said looking at the tv.

"Well I guess we gotta find out" he said looking at me.

"Yea bet" I slapped his hand and got the blunt from his hand.

I looked up and saw this fine ass brown skinned girl with a purple bathing suit on I was looking her up and down she started to smirk a little.

"Dre come back to the room" she said in a sexy ass voice.

"Ight bro go handle that I'm about to head out I'll be back before 8" I said getting up then giving Dre dap.

"Ight bro see you later on" he said walking into his room with the girl.

I walked outside it was kinda cool I got in my car and drove off when I was on the road I decided to call Alicia.

"Hello?" She said in a soft voice

"What you doing ma?" I said looking at the road smiling

"Nothing just sitting at the crib wassup?"

"I was wondering if you wanna hit up the mall with me then go out for ice cream or something?"

"Uhh sure lets go"

"Ight ma be by your crib in about 20 mins"

"Ok bye" she said

I headed down the street where Alicia live I noticed another car was in the driveway it must be her parents car so I just texted her and waited for her to come out the door.

She came out looking fine as hell I couldn't stop staring at her she looked good!

"Wassgood?" I said looking over at her when she got in.

"Hey Tay" she said smiling at me

I drove off then I told her

"You look beautiful today" I looked at her then smiled

She gave a weak smile back. "Aww thanks so why are we going to the mall?"

I replied. " I need a outfit for this party and I don't know what pick out so I wanted to take you with me"

"Why you wanted to take me?" She asked looking over at me.

"I like the way you dress" I said causing her to blush

"Thanks" she said.

"So what you wearing to the party?" I asked.

"I'm not sure yet I haven't looked for a outfit yet" she said.

"Well what about I buy you one then?" I suggested

"I can get it myself I have some money on me but thanks" she said

I like that about her that she don't depend on niggas.

"Oh ok told you I got you" I said

"No it's cool I can get it myself don't worry" She said throwing up her hand

We pulled up at the mall we went in a store so I could find outfit she picked out some Levi pants and a all black polo shirt with some polo boots and a black hat to match. My outfit was dope as hell.

We went into forever 21 to get her outfit for the party she picked out a crop top with some long tight black pants and heels to match the outfit was sexy.

She pulled out her credit card when the cashier told her the total. She swiped the card and it declined.

"Can you try it again?" She asked the cashier I could tell she was slightly embarrassed.

She tried again and said declined again she just looked and shook her head. "Well I'll just put this back" she said giving the stuff back.

I looked in my wallet and pulled out a 100 dollar bill and told the lady. "I got it"

She looked at me like I was crazy when I gave the lady the money.

"Ok here you go sir yall have a nice day" The lady said giving me the bag.

"This goes to you" I said giving her the bag.

"You didn't have to buy that" she said staring

"I know but I wanted to" I said looking at her smiling.

"Well thanks." She said giving me a weak smile...
