Bri POV:

I looked at the clock in my bedroom it was 11:45 my mother wasn't home and DJ didn't answer none of my text messages or calls.

I was so pissed off I'm just tired of this shit.DJ puts me through so much but I still take his ass back. I feel so stupid but I can't help it. I've been in love with DJ every since I was 14. We been together on and off for 3 in half years I just can't give up everything.

I heard the front door close then I heard my mom laughing so I got out of my bed and went downstairs to see what she was laughing at. I walked down the stairs and my eyes got big as fuck when I saw her kissing that nigga Joey. She stopped after she noticed I was watching them. "Briana what you're doing still up on a school night?" She said looking over at me.

"I had to put Brandon to bed and I couldn't sleep cause you haven't got home yet" I said.

I looked over at the short ass dress showing her ass and makeup she was wearing she looked like a whore.

"Ma what do you have on!?" I said yelling at her.

"It's a dress do I say anything to you when you wear the clothes all way up your ass?" She said to me.

Joey laughed looking at me and he winked at me.

I just rolled my eyes. "Yea whatever." I said I was so irritated.

"Joey is going to spend the night with us tonight so baby don't mind him" she said hugging on him.

"Ok?" I said giving her a look.

"Just go upstairs Bri I'm tired of your attitude" she said pointing to the stairs.

I walked back to my room and slam the door. I was so irritated I miss my daddy being here I wish he wouldn't have never left me or my brother behind and marry somebody else.

I hate how he just left us but I still miss him being around. My mom was happier we spent a lot of time together. Now she's never home I have to do everything.

I don't trust Joey he look sneaky I don't like the way he stare at me and I can't believe the nigga is staying at our house.

I walked out of my room to get some water from the kitchen and when I walked in the kitchen I opened the refrigerator then I noticed a shadow behind me I jumped because I was scared. "Ahh!"

I heard a laugh. "I didn't mean to scare you sweetheart." Joey said still laughing.

"Oh it's cool" I said getting my bottled water. I shut the refrigerator and left out the kitchen so I didn't have to talk to him.

I went back in my room I laid down I heard a knock on the door. "Who is it!?" I yelled. "Brandon" He said in a soft voice. "Come in" I said. He walked in with Spider-Man pjs and a Spider-Man pill in his arm. "Why are you up so late" I said when he came in.

"I can't slweep sissy" He pouted. "Why not?" I asked him. "There's a monster under my bed" he said.

I went over to him and picked him up. "You can sleep with sissy tonight so the monsters won't get you" I told him giving him a kiss on the forehead.

I put Brandon in my bed I sung to him so he would fall back to sleep.I looked over at him and he fell asleep. "It's okay Brandon" I whispered in his ear putting my blanket over his body.

I turned over to look at my phone I had no text or no calls. I was so irritated I throw the phone and jumped on my bed then got under the covers then I dozed off..

Nique POV:

I was sitting on the couch chilling with Rah. We met a couple weeks ago at a party and we been talking every since. " I had fun with you tonight" He said smiling at me.

"I did too" I said looking over at him with his sexy chocolate skin tone. I heard my phone go off playing Again by fetty wap I looked over at my phone and I seen Alicia's name pop up.

I looked at the text message it said. PLEASE CALL ME WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE ITS IMPORTANT!

I shook my head and dialed her phone number "I gotta call my friend to see wassup" I said to Rah he was looking at me "You straight ma" he said smirking at me.

Alicia answered on the second ring. "Hello?" I said.

"Nique he's outta jail he's going to kill me!!!!" She panicked.

"Wait slow down what the hell you talking about?" I said with a confused looking on me.

"Ray Ray! I seen him today I went out to the mall with Tay and he was there" she said really fast.

"Ohh hell naw how this nigga get out???" I yelled.

"I don't know Im scared he told me not to fuck with else but him. He seen me with Tay he's going to try to kill me and him I don't know what to do!" She cried.

"Calm down calm down that nigga is not going t hurt you again I got your back just relax" I said trying to calm her down.

"Ok ill talk to you later" she said in a sad and soft voice.

"Ok I got you!" I said in a serious tone.

"Ok thanks bye Nique ill talk to you tomorrow" she said to me.

I hung up the phone shook my head then I pulled my hair back in a ponytail and sighed. "Whats on your mind?" Rah asked me. I was so caught up I forgot he was here. "My friend's controlling ex boyfriend is out of jail." I said putting face in my hands...
